To start with the positive: the location is perfect, the bed was comfortable and the host was nice.|However, the apartment was not cleaned before our arrival, so the bathroom was stinking due to wet hair and other residues in corners. The rooms are not cleaned during your stay unless you pay extra, and they do not provide a sponge, a mop or a sweep either. The only thing they did clean within an hour was a dead rat we found in the garden. But the stinky bones that the neighbouring restaurant staff keeps throwing to the numerous cats in the garden are not picked and they attract quite an insect fauna. We found one in our doorstep and that stayed for that day: not a pleasant sight and rather an unpleasant smell. |The liquid soap placed in the bathroom was diluted with water to the point that it was not suitable to fulfill its function anymore, but at least the toilet paper was functioning well. |The electricity in our room has DIY solutions that gave us concerns about safety. |The free wireless connection was unstable and the signal was very weak too.|They serve meals in the restaurant next door for extra payment: if you are fond of felines, that is your place to check.|The castle, the river, sights, restaurant and shops are very close.|Overall, it is cheap, but for this price, you can find much better quality...

Ennél jobb helyet nem is találhattunk volna mikor Sárospatakon jártunk a párommal. A vár 50 m-re volt tőlünk, éttermek 100-200 m-re (egyébként van saját része ahol lehet fogyasztani), kerékpárkölcsönző szintén kb. 100 m-re. A szállás kulturált, tiszta , jól felszerelt. A kiszolgálás remek, nagyon kedvesek az ott dolgozok. Van lehetőség reggelire illetve vacsorára sőt egy bár is található ott. Az épület előtt lehet fagyit illetve jégkását vásárolni. Az egész helynek nagyon hangulatos és jó atmoszférája van . Csak ajánlani tudom...

Kulturált, kellemes, tiszta szobák. Kedves vendéglátó. Ami miatt csak 4* részünkről az a dohányzásra kijelölt hely. Javasolnám a nem dohányzók és gyermekek védelme érdekében, hogy ne a bejáratnál legyen a kijelölt dohányzó hely, hanem a ház mögötti kertben vagy egyáltalán ne legyen, az étterem teraszán úgyis van...
