We received a free beer and lemonade when checking in but after that it all went downhill. The room was very dirty, like it has never been cleaned for a few weeks (spiderwebs and dust), the sheets were ripped and the blankets were dirty and stained. We found hair in the bed and on the pillow covers which were also dirty. When confronting the owners, instead of them offering to clean the room, the owner lady started swearing and saying racial slurs at us. We were told to leave and never come back to the place and “their” country. We received a refund but we did not have a place to stay for the night. Come from England to enjoy the beautiful place that is the Balaton. Really recommend staying here the manager and all his staff made our stay as pleasant as possible. Sajnos nagyon rossz élményben volt részünk. A szoba koszos volt: az ágynemű nem volt tiszta, a függönyön összenyomott bogarak voltak, mindenhol pókhálók és pókok. A fürdőszoba szűk és kényelmetlen, ráadásul egyáltalán nem olyan, mint a honlapon látott képeken.

A problémát jeleztük, de a szállásadó stílusa rendkívül tiszteletlen volt („kiscsillagom” megszólítás, utánunk kiabálás), ami miatt nem éreztük magunkat szívesen látott vendégnek. Bár felajánlottak másik szobát, a hozzáállás miatt végül a 2 éjszaka helyett csak egyet maradtunk. Kàrtérítés természetesen nem történt meg hiába szerettük volna visszakapni legalább az egyik ott nem töltött éjszaka áràt.
