So the night of the 10th of August we wanted to go to the Thermal waters and camp near this hotel. But a storm was so heavy we weren't able to do it (bad planning on the planners of this trip) so me and my wife started looking for hotels at 10 in the evening and found other hotel but when we arrived it was closed even though on booking it said it was open until midnight. We checked google and found this hotel really close by and went there.||||We didn't had a reserve or anything and it was almost midnight and was raining we asked if they had any rooms left and they did had a room left. we took it. The room was very clean and the beds were so comfortable. My wife took a shower and said it was really good. In the morning we had a really good breakfast, there was no big selection of things but it was great, and the price was good for everything.||||The down side of all this was that most of the staf don't speak english only one lady did but barely, the rest spoke a bit german. but you can make yourself understand. They are very nice and I'm definetly will go again to that hotel in the future, of course with more...
Read moreI went to the VOLT festival in Sopron and stayed here. It seems the festival is becoming more popular so when i attemped to book a hotel in February all hotels in town were booked out. The closest option was Bozi Rozi several miles out of town.||||Here are my positive and not so positive points.....||I arrived a day later then expected. Having alerted the hotel 2 days beforehand i was prepared to pay the full amount due to the short notice. They deducted the 1st day from the bill. This was a very kind & unexpected gesture. ||Staff were polite and gave us some bottled drinks on the house. ||Room was clean, big and compfortable beds. ||||Im vegan so the breakfast was very limited for me. Instead there was ample supply of cheese and cold meats. ||As already stated the hotel is several miles from Sopron town so be prepared to pay around 20 Euros each time to travel there. ||Although i liked the staff they didnt speak English and very poor German. Perhaps due to the majority of guests being Hungarian. ||||I would stay here again if...
Read moreWe stayed at this guesthouse with a 7 month baby. They don't have cribs, but they upgraded our room to a bigger, 3 bed room, so that there was space for our portable crib, free of charge.||||The place is spotless clean, decorated in a rustic style that goes perfectly with the area. It's very warm, good water pressure, fast wi-fi, plenty of parking spaces. ||||The same owners run the guest house and the restaurant (carda) with the same name, however, the two are separate, about 200m apart. For this reason, the guest house is very quiet, on the other hand, no food or drinks, with the exception of breakfast, is provided there.||||It is located in a village that is not interesting by itself, but if you are trave with a car, the location is very good for exploring this part of hung and even the neighbouring Austria. ||||I would definitely stay here again and can...
