Patak Park Hotel — Hotel in Szentendrei járás

We spent 6 nights here. There were positive and negative experiences too.||About the hotel and the room:||The first surprise is the staircase: you can drag the package up there but you have to pick it up from there by hand. There is an elevator, but only from the top of the stairs, from the level of the reception. If you can't afford to carry your suitcases in your hand, don't choose this hotel!||The receptionist was nice, she told us everything.||We spent a lot of time in many hotel rooms but this was the narrowest one. Entering the room we were just spinning: where to put the baggages? There is room for only one suitcase - but in a double-bed room used to be two persons... this suitcase holder was also covered with the table.||We regularly found ants in the room and in the bathroom, which is perhaps understandable on the edge of the forest, but one is still reluctant to share their abode with them. ||The TV is ridiculously small, although we weren’t very interested in that.||The yellow blackout curtain on the east façade is extremely dysfunctional. It is already so clear at dawn that you cannot sleep by turning towards the window!||There is only one hanger in the bathroom, and there is no space for a soap dispenser in the shower. The building is full of cameras, but none got into the parking lot next to the road. The toilet paper was not replaced automatically, though we received it on request.||If you want to go hiking, be close to nature, this accommodation is a good choice.||Restaurant:||Breakfast is from 8 to 10 a.m. It happened three times that at 9 o'clock the kettle wasn't even plugged in, so the water was cold and stayed in it from yesterday. Ants were also on the breakfast buffet.||I also found two dirty mugs in a row. When the mugs ran out, I had to tell them to bring them out. Every breakfast is exactly the same, no variety. After a few days, it's pretty boring.||There is no drink list for dinner: order so you don’t know what to choose and how much it costs.||All the staff are kind, we have not encountered any problems in this area.||Overall, despite the annoying problems above, we had a good time. Can not recommend this place. After making our booking and finalizing our payment method (voucher), we discussed with the staff that we need the voucher to be charged before it expires (end of next day), so we don't lose the money on it. They said no problem but then went on to wait until the voucher expired, during which time they were unavailable on the phone / in e-mail. We lost the €100 on the voucher.||||When we did reach them finally, they kindly promised to resolve the issue and make us whole, but ended up passing the buck to each other and not actually doing anything. Unable to reach the same person twice (on the same phone number), we talked to 3 different people and had to explain our situation all over again each time, only to get promises of "we will get back to you". Nyaralni jöttünk 2 éjszakára. Amikor odaértünk teljesen meg voltam elégedve, kis aranyos szállásnak tűnt patakkal, virágokkal az erdőben. Amikor beléptünk akkor is teljesen rendben volt minden, tetszett ahogy kinézett, majd Felmentünk a szobába, na azzal már nem voltam elégedett. Nagyon sötét volt, amivel talán akkora baj nem is lett volna, ha lett volna rendes világítás, de még a világítással is félhomály volt. A kilátás egy gazos fal volt. Viszonylag tiszta volt a szoba, bár papucs nélkül nem mertem járkálni, de a fürdőtől kicsit viszolyogtam, mivel mind a zuhanyrózsa, mind maga a kabin nem festett túl fényesen.. ráadásul hiába csuktam be a kabin ajtaját, kifolyt a víz és úszott a fürdőszoba. Az ágy egész jó volt, bár a franciaágy 2 matracos volt, így a párommal versenyeztünk ki aludjon a lyukban, hogy összebújhassunk:) A tv iszonyú pici, még szemüveggel sem láttam tökéletesen jól. A minibárban ki volt folyva valami. Elég hangosak a csövek, ha valaki ereszti a vizet iszonyúan hallatszik, már már zavaróan furcsa hangja van. Azt is hallottam, amikor valaki köhögött a szomszédszobában. Éjfél körül is hangoskodtak még a vendégek, bár minket ez abból nem zavart, hogy nem aludtunk még. A reggeli nem volt túl bőséges, és ugyan az volt mindkét nap, de mivel csak kétszer reggeliztünk, így annyira nem zavart ez minket. Annak lehet zavaró, aki mondjuk 3-4 éjszakát itt tölt. Viszont az nagyon zavart, hogy keresgélnem kellett azokat a poharakat reggelinél, amik nem voltak annyira koszosak. Ott hagyták az előző vendég picit használt szalvétáját is.. Most ejtenék pár szót a wellness részlegről. Nagyon becsapósak a képek.. 2 jakuzzi van, és az egyiket csak privát használatra lehet igénybevenni (amiért fizetni kell mert “panorámás”, de igazából csak a helyoldal fáit lehet latni), meg van pár szauna, de semmi extra. A kondipark a hegyoldalban van, menni kell felfelé és elszórtan vannak a “gépek”, de majdnem lezuhantam olyan meredek, csúszós és keskeny az az ut, hiszen nincs kikövezve csak a sáros föld van, s még korlát sincsen, életveszélyes. Ki is van irva, hogy csak saját felelősségre használatos. Nekem a recepciós is kicsit életunt volt, nem adott tájékoztatást, csak mondta, hogy minden le van irva a kártya hátulján. Még azt se mutatta meg, hol van az étkező, nem mondta el, hogy van lehetőség pingpongozni, van fitness park, van wellness stb. Összességében nekem elég nagy csalódás volt, és nem ért meg 80x ezer forintot… kilátás sem igazán volt, mert völgyben van tehát csak erdőt látsz. Pozitívum, hogy nagyon közel van a vár, és az a túraútvonal, amin nagyon sok látnivaló van,...
