The hotel from outside was very nice. I have arrived late night.||Inside, the rooms were very, very dirty. The bed was smelt from the other persons. Also von außen sehr schön und der Eingangs erreicht auch! Angekommen müssten wir jemanden suchen da keiner an der Rezeption! Endlich da null deutsch null Englisch! Gefragt wie lange kann mann rein 24 Stunden hat es gheissen! Endlich am Zimmer Steckdosen hängen aus der Wand, Klobrille kaputt, Tiere am Boden Fernseher ohne Bedienung nur Ungarisch, minibar wenn man das nennen kann nicht mal ein trinken drinnen, Wellnessbereich gibt es keinen, Frühstück vom Vortag essen total hart! Kaffee muss mann Personal suchen sonst bekommt man keinen Kaffee! Personal tut so als wären sie für nichts zuständig echte Katastrophe! Sind nach 22h gekommen war zugesperrt Glocke kaputt! Ein Gast half uns das wir reinkamen obwohl es hieß 24 Stunden! Das Hotel ist eigentlich echt schön würde sich der Besitzer darum kümmern das die Angestellten deutsch reden u richtiges gutes Frühstück anbieten würden und das Hotel sanieren würde wäre es echt ein tolles da das Ambiente stimmt! Schade um das schöne Objekt! Der Chef interessiert sich anscheinend null darum und was seine Angestellten treiben total unfreundlich! Nicht zu empfehlen kein bisschen ist nicht mal 1e wert...
