Malomkert Hotel és Étterem — Hotel in Szobi járás

I had the pleasure to enjoy their hospitability because of my friend's wedding back in May 2022. All I have to say: it was wonderful! Location: breathtaking, and while it's arguably a bit farther from the vivid, usual everyday life, its charm is most precisely rooted in its undisturbed self. Mostly recommended for those who feel alright with a bit of a quiet, undisturbed happiness of a few days. Services: I'm not an avid outdoors activities fan, so didn't try the various sports options, but regarding the food variety and the kindness of the staff, I couldn't ask for more. May I add we all were either locals (meaning: part of the wedding guests were from Hungary) or from Romania and our gastronomy preferences tend to match pretty well even in terms of wedding menus and after-breakfasts. Everyone was very helpful and up-to-date, well-coordinated. Rooms: Mine was facing towards the small creek behind the inn, and let me tell you, when waking up in the morning the first things that greet you are singing birds, a softly flowing creek and sunshine on top of all of these, now that's a mesmerizing experience.

I would recommend this inn for anyone who's comfortable with a very rural environment, away from all the noise for a few days, just enjoying...

We ve been visiting Hungary with my family and found that hotel in the middle of paradise. The place is wonderful souurounded by pure nature everywhere. ||We decided to spend some days there and we entered the hotel to ask about the conditions and free rooms availability. At the reception we met a young lady who was the worst experience i ever had. We started trying communicate but she didn't speak any other language then hungarian. I want to mention we ve meet many people in Hungary not speaking but hungarian language, but they had ambition and good will to communicate. That young women was very unproffesional and rude with me and my family. My daughter (5 years old) wanted to go to the toilet but the woman working at the reception first told us, the toilets are there only for hotel guests but later she asked for 1000 HUF to give her permission. After that she yelled at my wife, when my wife wanted to see the boss, saying she is the boss in the hotel and she can make any decision she wants....(i can assume she said that poking at her chest and yelling boss boss) Brrrr You can imagine now why i opened an account at tripadvisor.... ||Unbelievable. By the way her name was Fonny or something...

Just been there for a short holiday, ad we picked this hotel in the last moment. The area is very good for hiking, walking, relaxing because of the surrounding mountains, clear air and quiet location. |The building looks pretty new, and very comfortable,spacious and clean. Liked our room with balcony, and the price is very reasonable! There is tv and fridge in the rooms (no hair dryer provided, only if you ask and pay deposit). |There is sauna,and jacuzzi (i think for the summer), big playground, disabled parking, and possibility to rent bikes.|The staff is not professional (i guess local people) but nevertheless very kind, polite and helpful.|The restaurant has a great atmosphere, nice woodwork, fireplace, local dishes served on friendly prices. Our dinner from the menu was delicious and plenty. The very generous breakfast was included in the room price. |Wifi is excellent in the hotel part, very fast n the rooms, not so good in the restaurant, but according to one of the staff members, they are planning to improve it.
