Don't trust these people, they will just steal your money.

My story is this: my girlfriend was interested in what dandelion wine should taste like, and I decided to make her a surprise. Dandelion wine is rare. In Europe, I could found it only from this manufacturer.

I ordered one bottle online through their web-site with delivery to Bulgaria.

I have paid 28.90 Eur on 03/23/2023 and received a message that the wine will be sent to my address.

On 04/04/2023 I asked to confirm the tracking number of the parcel, and they answered me that the cellar is still closed, it will be opened on 17/04 and the wine will be sent to me immediately.

09.05 I asked them to provide me with the tracking number of the shipment again. This time they wrote to me that the wine cannot be sent to Bulgaria, because it turned out to be "too sensitive" and therefore I was invited to come to Hungary myself for a "free" tasting. I refused politely and asked for the refund. They promised me to return the payment.

21.05. I asked again, where is my money. They tell me that they are waiting for a new batch of wine, and as soon as it matures, they will send it to me. I say that if I do not receive the money by the end of May, then I will report fraud to the bank and write a review about them on Google maps.

My payment was not returned. They just stopped responding to my emails.

So, I am doing what I have promissed to them. Unlike them, I am accustomed to fulfill my promises.

It is a con, do not book this! I booked this place for our family of 12 people to stay for a peaceful weekend. At arrivals we realized that this place is unsuitable to stay for even one night. Despite photos on airbnb website the place does not have 5 bedrooms, only three and there is only one bathroom with no hot water. The hygiene is below minimum standard (damp patches on walls, spiderwebs everywhere, dirty linen), the garden is a real mess, nothing like advertised. When we decided not to stay in this unpleasant motel we asked for our deposit of 500 euro back, but according to the owner this counts as cancellation so she still holds back full amount. We never received any receipt for this, which is illegal. When I told her that she can expect to see a negative review from me on this website she created at least two positive comments in the past couple of days to balance this. I was fleeced, the hotel staff misinformed me about the distance from Ozora. They informed me it’s 24 Kms , in google maps it said 40 kms ...I wrote a email to them before booking to reconfirm the distance to be 24 kms , and they confirmed over email.. once I reached ozora i checked google maps it was 40 kms ..... I had to make alternate arrangements for my stay on the day I reached Ozora. They refused to even transfer any refunds, the staff was not courteous. Inspite of making the bookings after I was reassured by the hotel about the short distance, they got back to me saying I should have checked the details and made a cancellation 7 days prior arriving as per cancellation policy ... would really want to understand how would I have know the distance before arriving ??????
