I stayed for one night in May 2011. I am a solo bicycle traveler. The website advertises wifi, but the connection in my room was very bad. ||||The English-language website advertised a rate of 8.000 HUF for a double room for one person, but when I checked out, they charged me 9.000 HUF, which as it turned out was the price listed on the HUNGARIAN-language version of the site. I was not pleased with this surprise.||||Also, check-out time is 10:00. The staff is friendly, but does not speak any language other than Hungarian. This was a bit of a surprise as the website is available in English, German, Slovak and Czech.||||Also, the breakfast buffet was disappointing. No fruits or vegetables or yogurt, or fresh coffee.||||i arrived around 21:30 in the evening after a long day of bicycle riding and was looking forward to using the sauna which they advertise. But they told me the sauna was closed. Because I was staying only one night, I would not be able to use it as it did not reopen until the morning, when I would have to leave.||||This place is OK for families--looks like they have a lot of toys and activities for children. But not ideal for solo travelers. If you stay there, confirm the price before you go because the website may not...
Read moreThe accommodation is made of multiple buildings - rooms are in a separate location apart from the main building. The pool is great for small kids even with depth of 120-150 cms, the playground, swing and sandbox make it possible for them to also spend their time worthwhile. Closed parking possible (although shades are missing) with a remote controller to the gate provided. Recommended Molnár restaurant offers great dishes. On the downsides it's a pity that football pitch, jacuzzi, and table soccer could only be used for an extra fee... There were minor issues with the seating of the toilets, or worn furniture around the pool, and breakfast could be richer especially that Nescafé was served instead of proper coffee. Yet, still a recommended accommodation if you visit Tiszafüred with a supportive and...
Read moreBy Hungarian standards, it's a bit expensive. But it's a very friendly, nice place. The staff can be a bit crude at times, but the owner, who is around most of the time makes up for that by being overly nice, offering trip advice or a taste of his house brandy. The place has a pool, a mini golf course, a soccer field and several grilling places. They charge extra for a few things, like the mini golf, but the price is reasonable. If you're going with kids, it's a perfect place. If you're just coming though, it's probably too...
