Palmy Apartmanhouse Maglód — Hotel in Vecsési járás

The property is showing all the "Studio" apartments with two beds. TWO BEDS. VERY CLEARLY. When we arrived, after a 2000 km car ride just to rest one night, we saw ONE BED AND ONE SOFA. They told us the bed sheets were under the sofa, so we had to make our own bed and one of us slept on the sofa, and it was perfectly normal to the property. This is unacceptable. They are LYING with the photos. I asked for a refund for this stay because they advertised a bed and made us sleep on the sofa, and they are refusing to refund. How do you call yourself an honest business?

On top of all these, the fridge was EXTREMELY LOUD and kept waking us up. We had to shut the door and sleep in a tiny, airless room ON A SOFA.

By the way, Booking.com is also not helping in any way because "the property is rejecting to make a refund". Yeah, that's exactly what l expect from a very unprofessional property. The only reason I booked is because it was on this platform that I trust, which...

The room looks clean at first glance. But I wouldn't stay here again, first, we couldn't access our room because the key lock wasn't working, being tourists we can't make international calls to the property, a nice gentleman helped us by lending us his phone. If we had tried to check in later in the night as we had originally planned, we would have been stuck outside with no place to sleep. A szállás első benyomásra jól felszerelt tisztának és hangulatosnak tűnt, de beköltözés után már nem ,ragadt a padló,pókhálós volt mindenütt, maszatos tv ,koszos konyha eszközökkel és a még sorolhatnám..ez nem 9,4 pontozást ér inkább csak 4 et. De csak ezután jött a ráadás , első éjszaka 1-2 bogár mászott a falon amit lecsaptunk és nem tudtuk beazonosítani, másnap kávé ivás közben vmit a számba érezve kiköptem , ami egy csótány volt a kávés bögrét is eldobtam , undorító volt ezt megélni. Ezután babalátogatóba is sikerült magunkkal vinni 1 példányt belőle, roppant kellemetlenül éreztük magunkat, visszatérve a szállásra ,elő jöttek a többi csótány társak is. Egy 11 hónapos babával nem ilyen körülmények között akartunk megszállni. Ezek után jeleztük a szállás vezetőnek a problémát és h mi azonnal költözünk , erre annyi volt a válasz h sűrű elnézést, és h vissza adják a fennmaradó összeget és fél napi díjat elengednek , kritikán aluli volt a probléma megoldó képességük és a kompenzáció is amivel honoráltak . Felháborító számomra , hogy ezek a szállás adók minden felületen megkapják a 9,4 értékelést és ennek ellenére még az 1 pontot sem éri el , hogy ez mégis hogy?!
