HOTEL16 — Hotel in Adarsh Nagar

I did not stay at this place but I went there to book multiple rooms for a few days for a family function. The sales/reservation department were inexperienced, unprofe ssional and outrightly rude. I went there on 11th November evening and was shown a few rooms which were quoted at 2500, on further negotiation it came down to 2000 and I was told if i want further discount, the front desk person would connect me to the manager on the very next morning. I didn't receive any call and on calling them back, a lady (probably there front desk manager) picked the call and upon telling her my situation she quoted me the same room for 3000 and when I told her that I had already have a quotation of 2000 a room per night, she started asking me about the person's name whom I had met in the evening. I couldn't recall his name and then she told me that they don't give away rooms at such small amount.

Honestly I did not like her attitude towards a guest and it was heights of unprofessionalism. I don't know what will happen to this review but I wanted to make a point to the hotel owner and the other...

Good things: Location, situated next to Adarsh Nagar Metro Station. Room space and lighting looked good. They help you with water heater and iron, if required.

Bad things: Room service is really poor. Room cleaning is poor. Requested room service staff to change the glass but they didn't listen It has one small lift which get stuck if power outage occurs. Stair railings are shaky, room service sucks. Drawers had cockroaches. They dont even have water purifier or dispenser and they charge for the water bottle other than one complimentary bottle. 6.
