OYO 24075 Galaxy Guest House — Hotel in Alwar

please do not book this hotel ... specially if you are travelling with your family or female .... because hotelier here in alwar are not getting payment from oyo ..that is the reason they aren't going to give u any facility...note:- if u are making online booking thru prepaid definitely you will not get rooms here...so beware...try finding some local hotels that would be an excellent ...

This place is not at all made for family and girls. Very unclean, very unhygienic, poor maintenance, poor staff, very bad condition of toilet, even there was issue of water supply, smelly rooms. Will award '0 star' if possible to this guest house. Plz do not plan to stay there. I am surprised some people have given it 5 star but i am sure they are fake so please beware...

Worst experience in my whole life. Pathetic service. washroom was smelling too much to enter. bedding was smelly. room was very dirty.. There was no light plug for TV. no soap to wash hands in washroom. water was not coming. i had to use water bottles to wash hands. don't visit this hotel ever.
