It is a very well maintained place and very affordable. This is owner driven and hence the services are good. The restaurant is very clean and caters for travellers needs individually if required. At the same time serving restaurant style food as well.

Staff although not as per hotel management standard but they take care of the guests needs with personal interest and go out of the way to help.

The place is very safe, very well organized and have ample spaces with lounges and green surroundings.

Catering for both individual and family travel and very strategically located.

Drawbacks are the unavailability of BF in the morning which once sorted will make the hotel an autonomous unit. Counter is that you can order and get BF in your room.

Our experience at this hotel was nothing short of a nightmare. We checked in with our family, including young children, around 3 AM, exhausted and in desperate need of rest. The receptionist Ravi was incredibly rude and unprofessional, demanding an exorbitant amount for a mere half-night stay. He promised to provide full bedding for everyone, but after payment, he refused to give us the complete beddings and even withheld a bedsheet.

The situation only worsened as there was no water available for an hour during the night, and the same issue persisted into the morning. When we complained, the same rude receptionist offered a nonsensical excuse and told us to "adjust" without water.

This property might look posh and newly constructed, but the management is atrocious. The staff, especially the receptionist, are only interested in exploiting guests and have no sense of proper customer service. Avoid this hotel at all costs. It’s a place where you will only be overcharged...
