Bigstay Apart Hotel — Hotel in Andhra Pradesh

This review of mine is based on 2 days of stay in hotel so let me start with check-in process||• Check-In was smooth as this was a corporate booking, so they have my and my colleague’s information. So, it didn’t take much time to check in.||Now coming to room and other parts of hotel property:||• The room was too small and congested, basically it is an apartment hotel, and we had received an apartment with two rooms and the room area is too small to move around.||o Room was clean but balcony was too bad, found no. of cigarettes bud lying with the used cola can and beer bottles. Which was a terrifically bad experience for me.||o Bathroom was clean.||• They do provide you with a daily coupon of a beer or a litre of juice and food menu is available in the room||• AC, TV, and other electric units were not working.||o Specially the Air Conditioner which is not working in room, and there is no Air Conditioner in sitting area that too in the temperature of 42 deg Celsius. ||Coming to service and food:||• Room service was good but you need to confirm for the food variety you need basically you need to check the availability for the food which you would like to order.||o Food quality and quantity was good||• Hospitality was worst.||• Breakfast buffet is very limited, we do not found fresh fruit or juices and again check with them for the availability of food.||That’s all from my side, I hope they will do well in future endeavours and wish them all a good luck..||God...

The hotel is grubby, it looks nothing like the pictures on the website.|The only food option is the Aroma restaurant which is a short walk away but if the weather is bad it’s not a good walk, the Japanese restaurant is not available.|The “high speed internet” is not fast and goes off every evening and sometimes not back in the morning.|The electricity has gone off every night, they do have a backup generator but everything resets when it goes off so you have to restart the air conditioning.|The room is small, the curtains are disgustingly filthy, one is falling off the rails, they barely cover the windows affecting your privacy. The bathroom window slats are all falling out leaving just a mesh covering to keep out the elements.|The shower is served by a hot water tank above but if you don’t complete your shower in less than 2 minutes the hot water is gone and turns cold.|The electrical connections to the ceiling fan are just taped up with insulation tape, the cable television did not work for the first two days of my stay.|Important note: I was in what was booked as an Executive room!!|I have asked my company to ensure that should I ever have to return here that they inform the client not to book this...

I frequently visit here for work and stay about one month (4 week) in one go.|So I think, I can share some reviews.|Pros:|1. They are improving a lot, I can feel it during every visit.|2. Best choice in this region.|3. If you have problem related to stay then contact to Mr. Jaypal, you will get best service all time, if you want to try different food then Mr. Abdul in Aroma is the best, he always do experiments for my dinner and I really enjoy it all the time. |After all I deserve it being a frequent/long time stay guest😜😊.||Cons:|1. If you want anything then explain it and then ask particular guy what he understood.|2. Negligence in terms of service offer (taxi, room service) not so bad in my case but would be great if it can be improved.||In the last I would like to thank Mr. Jaypal and Mr. Abdul for making my stay...
