Collection O Kakinada near JNTU — Hotel in Andhra Pradesh

They will take advantage if you visit late night to check-in. It is frustrating to see that hotel management doing like this.

WORST RECEPTIONIST. He doesn't have any manners while talking to people. I booked a room for 3 members through booking.com and visited the stay around 10pm he said that my booking is not listed and to walk-in directly I need to pay 1.8K. In booking.com the price was way less around 1.1K. While I was trying to book again through booking.com HE BLACKMAILED ME by saying "If you book now through booking.com we will not accept that and we will not even allow you to walk-in directly even if you pay 1.8K".

Booking.com price : 1.1K for 3 members (1 room) If you visit directly, price is 1.8K for 3members (1 room)

I requested him to match with the booking.com price atleast nearer to that. He said "we can not give concession like that and we will not allow you through booking.com even if you make booking now and get away from the desk" in a very rude manner.

VERY FRUSTRATING EXPERIENCE WITH HIS HOTEL.

Booking.com customer support is also not responsive. I waited for half an hour for booking.com to resolve the issue but it didn't happen and I had to visit another...

Booked a room using Oyo application, the price I paid in advance in the app is Rs.1870, after I went there and tried to check in, the property manager demanded me to pay extra 800 money or he's not ready to give me the room keys. I waited for 45 minutes and he still refused to give me the room, I got angry and tried to argue with him, his manager told that guy to push us people out without any reason. It's a big scam, and I roamed on roads for 2 hours to get another hotel room, Oyo customer service guys also didn't help me, moreover when the customer service guys asked the receptionist, what's the reason for not giving me the room, that guy said I'm drunk, funny thing is actually I don't have a drinking habit till now, I've warned him that I'll give a police complaint if he put false accusations on me, and he changed the topic and said that I'm angry without any reason, he did this to everyone and collects extra money of around 1k...

This hotel is located opposite to JNTU Kakinada. Excellent location. We booked two rooms as we were travelling with family. Rooms were neat. TV was not working as there were no batteries in the remote. No toiletries were given. The cost of room was affordable at 1200 Rs. Per room when booked through OYO Website. There is no breakfast served here. I enquired about it from hotel but they told because of technical issues.This hotel has bike parking. There is no car parking. You have to park your car outside. There is empty place for parking. Every morning, there is a small food selling vendor opp. To hotel . We tried breakfast here which was tasty and cheap. 4 Idlis cost 10 Rs. Approx. And 4 Bondas for 10Rs. *Prices are subjected to change with time.
