We recently stayed at this resort and wanted to share our honest experience. While the view and location are undeniably beautiful, the service and maintenance were extremely disappointing.
Issues faced during our stay:
No intercom service: Only one mobile number provided, which was rarely answered.
Poor room service: We ordered food at 7:30 pm and received it only at 9:45 pm after repeatedly visiting the restaurant. Although a discount was given, it does not compensate for the poor service.
Swimming pool maintenance: The pool was unhygienic with frogs swimming inside.
Off-season negligence: In off-season they seem to prioritise personal bulk orders , treating resort guests as secondary.
Unclean rooms at check-in: During our check in we found floor was sticky and dirty.
No housekeeping during our outing: Despite informing staff, our room wasn’t cleaned when we went sightseeing.
Lack of accountability: Only Vinoth at the front office apologised for the poor service only during our checkout but the restaurant manager showed no concern for the delay and poor service.
No Wi-Fi in rooms: Important to note for people who need to work remotely check twice directly before booking bcoz once u book the room they will not bother ur escalations.

Standards and condition of Service & hygiene in the dinning hall is pathetic/ below, though the infrastructure is available, but no staff to handle the clients/ guest in the restaurant. WiFi services though are claimed that are available, but the strength will make you go crazy. You will not find complimentary toiletries, towels etc in your booked room. On repeated request you may get what you don't want. For get about Needle and thread. Nothing is complimentary ere, yes i am indicating about complimentary breakfast. Intercom landline instrument can be sighted in the room. However, it's functionality through a dedicated intercom-exchange is gravely missing. 5. Anyhow, my sincere advise and suggestions are as follows:-Not suitable for Families with infants and kids looking for good food. Not suitable for people who are particular about fast service at restaurant and room. Not suitable for people where AC is required/ mandatory in their room. Not suitable for Families who care for hygiene, cleanliness and sanitization. Read moreWe were a group of 11, including families and kids, who stayed here during New Year 2025. Unfortunately, the overall experience was very disappointing due to extremely poor service.
The manager’s attitude was highly unprofessional and unresponsive. It felt like they were only interested in money, without providing value for what we paid. For instance, they finalized the bill before our checkout without consulting us. I was charged for services I didn’t use, and when I raised this with the manager, the response was dismissive: "We already billed it; we can't change it now, and you have to pay."
The location is good, but the service was the worst I’ve ever experienced. The food quality was decent, but the waiting time was unacceptable. Despite being told that food would be ready in 20 minutes, it took 2.5 to 3 hours to arrive. This caused a lot of inconvenience, especially since we were with kids and families.
Although the rooms were spacious and well-designed, the service completely ruined the experience. The staff's attitude and lack of professionalism were deeply disappointing. I hope the management seriously addresses these issues and improves their service standards to better handle customers...
