Hotel Park Elite — Hotel in Andhra Pradesh

Garbage hotel with rude, racist, corrupt staff. Was recommended this hotel by a corrupt airline worker at Vijayawada Airport. Upon arrival, the hotel desk workers said they had no rooms available. Being from America I'm used to being able to at least sit in the lobby if no rooms are available.

Below, they are now saying they "suggested other hotels". I had no phone service besides the hotel wifi. The manager loudly and rudely told me to find another hotel. There was no offer to help me inquire etc. Flag this review as wanted. Illnsinply repost as everything I write is the TRUTH. I ended up spending the entire night outside the airport. The airport soldiers/police were very understanding, polite and considerate once I explained the circumstances.

In regards to the hotel, in the lobby there were 2 sofas and 2 chairs. Many taxi drivers would come in and place their feet up on the chairs. Being exhausted I simply removed my sandals and sat cross legged in a chair. One staff approached me said, "sit properly Sir". Next, someone I assume was a manager approached me while I was trying to contact a taxi using wifi. He loudly and rudely kept berating me and basically forced me to leave immediately and find a crowded motor taxi. My back was strained and I had to lift a heavy suitcase myself. Horrible attitudes and zero hospitality at all. Would never recommend a place ran by such openly racist, rude and inhospitable people. It was the most disgusting and rude behavior I've ever encountered from any hotel staff in all of the many countries...

What I love the most in this hotel is Hospitality and the way they receive their guests and how they treat 🙌 them, I felt like it is a kind of quite place where I can not get/find the noisy kind of atmosphere, we can have our food peacefully by enjoying the delicious tastes they served us, I am a bit weak in choosing the dishes and always they used to suggest me the best they are preparing and I liked those dishes verymuch. Overall my experience with this hotel food 😋 is too good and the taste is yummy yummy. Mostly all the times @Surekha garu used to serve us the food, she is such a cool person with so much of patience, and as I said before when I asked for the suggestions to order the dishes @Gopal garu suggested us the best dishes. Thanks for serving us the best and giving us the best hopitality both of you and the team as well.

Location is far from main city. Rooms are very well equipped with modern amenities and cleanliness is maintained really well. But problem is the price. It is extremely overpriced for the size of the room. The rooms as well as the entire hotel feels claustrophobic for some reason and their is a foul smell throughout our short stay. Compact size and lack of proper ventilation makes your feels like you are staying in a 5 star hospitsl. The food is also priced like a five star hotel but the taste is pathetic. So a good hotel but not VFM. They give half liter ro filled water bottle as complementary at room 🙄.
