Hotel Swarna Inn — Hotel in Andhra Pradesh

My experience is about restaurant not about the hotel rooms, I came here for dinner with my family, dine in, fully centralised Ac, good ambience, tables maintenance are really good & clean, i ordered butter roti,butter naan with butter chicken curry is good in taste but rotis & naan are bad, particularly rotis are too bad, as of i know those are not fresh, those are pre cooked rotis, i think they just kept in oven and brought to the table by wrapped with aluminium foiled if that is freshly cooked means no need of wrap. Rotis not even cooked well, half cooked feels like a raw dough with a layer of butter or oil. We also ordered an veg items "chilly mushroom" & "kaju biryani" these veg items is good no issues with it.

And our next item in our order is "chicken fry biryani" not at all satisfied, its worst fry biryani I ever had, biryani doesn't feels like a biryani, you dont experiance that awesome smell flavors after your 1st spoon, food quantity is pretty good, but very much disappointed in taste, we just left more than half of the food, we asked to pack the renaming food to give it to someone out side. I was at the restaurant yesterday. Ambience is good, food was great taste wise. But the staff who attended my table was unprofessional I would say, As we were there in a situation of loosing a member in our family we just wanted to have something into our stomachs. She didn't even understood our requirement for giving us some time and space. Instead she rushed us out of restaurant as quickly as she can thinking that it's the best way for customer service which is really bad. Everyone who was for lunch will not be same all time. No matter what you have to treat according to customer requirement. She almost walked to the table 15 times which is not at all required. When I'm having my second spoon of my lunch she was asking can I get the bill or do you need anything that's too foolish. I wish manager of the restaurant or the owner, try to take feedback from customers before they leave your place, So that you will understand what's missing from being good...

If I could give 0 star I would. Staff doesn’t know how to properly behave . They served cold soup which we have asked them to reheat. They served burnt cashews paneer curry which made the curry taste bitter. Since its already late we didn’t even argue. They said they have no lemons. Which restaurant doesn’t have lemons ?

We thought we could book their function hall for our occasion but if this is how they treat customers and serve food in their restaurant imagine how horrible it would be in the function and function catering food.
