A Five Star rating for.....
The first and foremost to the property owner who has constructed this property with utmost brilliance.
There is a beautiful waterfalls near to this property. May be around 25 km.
Am gentleman Mr. Harish the operation manager, who took us around the property for a tour and spoke to us clearly and was crispy in his sharing.
It's Location with Mountains surrounding.
The road from Tirupati or Trichanur to this property is a must drive to Enjoy the Forest route with Mountain back drop.
Property Layout, Brilliance at it's best.
Room, Bath, Bed and Mattress Hygiene i classic.
Room size is extremely Big.
Seperate Car parking available for each room is available.
There is ample parking space other than private parking.
A unique arrangement of a "Man made Lake with Boat ride" . No swimming pool. Which is a wise decision by the owners.
A huge sized Banquet hall and dining area for events and Weddings.
Gardening with lush green Lawns spread across each rooms.
Location is Completely away from City buzz.

Property Kitchen operating only in specific timings. In cases whe you need food other than their operating timings one has to drive quite long for good food.
Food taste has to be improved A Lot.
Very limited menu.
Under staff in many departments. Property being very New.
Indoor games room not in operation Fully.
Badminton court is available near the Lake.
Still construction activities underway.
The Feel of a Five star service was lacking.
Self transportation is the only option to reach out to this property.

During my 3rd visit, I noticed significant improvements since the launch. The resort has now truly met its standards, boasting an amazing ambience, excellent service, and, most importantly, incredibly homely food. As I always tell my friends, this resort has been crafted with evident passion and love, featuring impeccable design and high-quality interiors. My family and I wholeheartedly recommend this resort.
What truly stands out for a customer is when their feedback is valued, and consistent efforts are made to enhance the experience. We organised our alumni meet at the Lake Valley Resort, Tirupathi in August 2023. 12 of us stayed at the Resort. The resort location, amenities and quality of rooms were perfect for our meeting. Large rooms, very spacious lounge with sofas, big bathroom, good quality showers. Restaurant was started few days before our trip and quality of food was good. Everything was perfect for our meeting and all my friends who came from different parts of the world ( UK, USA, Middle East, Hyderabad , Mumbai) really enjoyed the stay and they were surprised to see such a wonderful Resort so close to Tirupathi and close to Nature.
Would highly recommend and happy to stay again.
