With great expectations and good reviews and attractive photographs i booked 6 rooms for one night 9th May ( one premium and 5 standard) to attend a wedding in the nearby hotels . But it was a great disappointment.
Firstly the location was in a industrial area. The approach to the hotel and visibility was pathetic. Surprisingly first time I observed the hote entrance gates was closed always . There is no clear signage to identify the hotel .
Secondly there was no room boys to pick and take our luggage’s to the room . The receptionist girl came all the to way to guide us to the room .
The premium rooms was huge more than 350 sq ft but just had minimal furniture of king size bed and two chairs and a table. The big room was very intimidating.We checked out and moved to a deluxe room which was little better Basic toiletries were missing .
The Staff at reception nd house keeping was exceptional and only silver lining .
Lastly what was very intriguing is , the room rates on the company hotel web site had lower prices , where as if we book directly at hotel the prices were higher .The manager incharge had no idea on this and said they cannot match the prices given with the hotel web site
Overall there was no positive vibe from the time we checked in and checked out .

I recently stayed at Myspace Kenilworth in Visakhapatnam and had a pretty good experience overall. The hotel definitely has a luxurious vibe, with spacious rooms and very helpful staff. It's in a great location, too, making it easy to travel to the airport. However, since it is on the outskirts of Vizag, you may find it far from the beaches and markets.
My room was super comfy and had everything I needed. The staff were always friendly and ready to help with anything I asked. I did find the food a bit pricey though.
But honestly, those are minor points. If you're looking for a comfy and convenient stay in Visakhapatnam, I'd definitely recommend checking out Myspace Kenilworth.

I stayed here for a week on a business trip due to its proximity to Vizag Port. The rooms are more spacious than other hotels in this price range. Prema Madam from the booking department offered me an excellent MAP deal at a great price. The hotel is clean, the food is tasty and hygienic, and the staff is polite.
The only issue I faced was AC water leakage from the ceiling. Although they promptly shifted me to another room, the AC there also stopped a couple of times but was quickly repaired by their in-house technician.
My main concern was with the reception desk. They misplaced my in-room dining bills, and I had to inform them of additional bills. Since I had an early checkout at 4 AM, I requested my bills in advance, the night before, but it took them 2–3 hours to prepare. Without my assistance, it would have taken...
