In response to "the response by owner" - If you read my review carefully, you would understand who is mistaken here. Why don't you provide a response to each of my grievance posted below?

Post a picture of your so called nice beach view from the ground floor deluxe AC rooms and prove me wrong. After an 8 hours drive from Hyderabad when we reached the resort we were told that there is no rooms booked for us. We were shocked as we had booked 3 deluxe AC rooms and amount was transferred immediately into their account. Their excuse was that they tried to call us but no one picked up the phone. Anyways! after much discussion finally 3 rooms were arranged, 1 on the first floor and 2 on the ground floor. The sea is 300-400 meters far from the resort so there is nothing called as sea view or a nice view. It is all false information.

Pathetic Hospitality - We waited for 1 hour before we could check in to our rooms. No drinking water or water bottles were available in any of the rooms when we checked in. Even a mediocre hotel or resort serve water bottles these days. No glasses available in the rooms.

Rooms and Washrooms were dirty and even after multiple reminders it was not cleaned. Shower was not working in one of the washroom and water was leaking which was never repaired during the course of our stay for 2 days.

Bed sheets were dirty. No Soaps or towels were available in the rooms and only 1 towel was provided when asked for. The water is still salty and not sure where was the tap for sweet water as I read in some of responses to the reviews posted earlier.

Swimming pool - The water was so dirty that we could not gather courage to get down into the pool.

No food menu available and you have limited choice of veg and non-veg. Basically you are forced to eat what they cook (Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner) as there are no other options available.

Website says that Breakfast is inclusive in the room charges, however it is a lie. It is on a chargeable basis.

We ordered for starters during the dinner, no plates were available and was provided only when we asked for it. Not sure if they were expecting all of us to eat out of the snacks plate itself. Service is too slow.

Music system was not working. We had to spend 40 minutes and we fixed the system ourselves and played some music. A group of 10-12 bachelors checked in on day 2. They were heavily drunk during evening and behaved as if the DJ and the entire resort was just for them to have fun. If you are with family you need to be careful.

Finally, we had made the booking for 3 days but we checked out after 2 days. Not worth visiting this place again.

Anyone planning to visit, my sincere advice "TRY...

I will call this place as The Hell In The World! Our family had booked this whole place (unknowing of the facts about this property) for my cousins wedding on December 22nd 2018, the marriage that was held besides Chirala beach. Right from the check-in to facilities - everything was a terrible let down. ||First of all - this is not a resort at all - it's just a 2 storied building. Their official website doesn't have actual pictures taken in the property too and all pics are taken from overseas websites!||This is a very very poorly maintained sick property, with stinking rooms and the whole property is in a very very bad state. The rooms seems to have NOT been cleaned for a long long time - when we asked them to clean, a lady came in and just dusted the room in a minute and moved out immediately and never to be seen again! We were given a so called suite room (which is billed at 5000 per room night, which had 2 rooms inside with one rest room - please look at the pictures of the restroom that I had taken in this so called suite room). Even the government free rest rooms will be way better than the ones in this place! If you see the rest room pics alone, you all will understand the ground reality of this property!!! They don't have an in-house restaurant as well - they have a non-functional dirty kitchen inside though. And when we asked them on where to have food - they showed us a road side shop - where you will have to stand and eat!||I was told that this property belongs to some doctor! It's a shame - a doctor having a property in such a terrible unhygienic state!!! I wish the government authorities to take stern action against such properties and save poor travellers!!!||Advice For Travellers To Chirala: Please stay away from this property even if you get your whole...

Pro’s: - It’s walkable distance from the beach - The view from the Deluxe rooms is worth a star by itself. - Unlike the reviews mentioned the staff were friendly however they don’t speak Telugu and were speaking in Tamil. Luckily a few in our group knew the language so we got saved. - The food was beyond average. Prawn and chicken were well prepared. Slightly overpriced however being that close to the beach I guess they’d have to price it the way it is. - They organised a campfire when requested and let us party well beyond the permissible timings of the area. Cons: - The water supplied in bathrooms is Salty. - There are timings for Hot water supply. - The bathrooms were in a deplorable condition. - The air conditioner isn’t effective. - Everything service has a price. - The swimming pool was dirty AF. - Limited Menu and the set menu which was served for our group was super spicy. - No Elevator, our rooms were on the 2nd floor and the steps are pretty steep. All in all it’s a great place for a small get together and is ideal for a days stay only beyond which if one wishes to stay I would recommend otherwise. I was here as part of a group outing so it was a little light on the pocket else I would have probably not stayed over here.

A Lodge with namesake amenities named as a resort😅. Unfortunately i ended up staying there for a day. Their price is 3500 a day for 2 people like the other resorts. For this price you get an unhygienic old room with old , torn bedsheets , Dirtiest pillows that haven't been washed in their lifetime(please check the photos) , dirty seeping walls , leaking faucets with salt water (high salt level like ocean water)and a DTH box without the TV. They have a restaurant below that has the most overpriced food in the world eg: A phulka costs ₹60 , they charge gst ( no printed bills) , just a way to charge more money on the already overpriced food. I received no towel or toiletries even after asking the reception the first day. Got it on the 2nd day after i went physically to reception and asked the owner. The one and ONLY plus point is its location which the other resorts near there also provide. I don't know about the other resorts but i sincerely recommend not going here for vacation unless you are super desperate. I even think spending the night in your car would be better.

No idea how this can be called as a resort. * No hot water for bath !!! * Cold water in the bathroom is regular sea water. You can instead go and take bath in the sea directly as we didn't find any difference in the water * Bathroom cum toilet taps are very difficult to touch as they are so unhygiene. We can find atleast 50 grams of salt deposits in every tap in the bathroom * They claim that it is a complimentary breakfast. Only when you go there, they say that it is complementary only on weekends and not on regular days * Bath tub in the bathroom was broken at two places and they have applied black tape as a repair. But when we stand, mud started coming from the sides of those patches! * It is not really adjacent to the beach. There are atleast few streets after the beach. Only from 2nd floor, we can see the sea * No lift even for going to 3rd floor rooms !!! * Tariff is also on the very higher end Overall, not at all happy with our stay in this place.
