PALM TREE RESORTS — Hotel in Andhra Pradesh

My recent stay at Palm Tree Resort was an absolute disaster. The rooms were completely ill-prepared for guests, lacking basic essentials such as extra beds, soap, towels, and blankets. Hot water was unreliable, and shockingly, the rooms were neither cleaned properly nor made ready before our check-in. This level of negligence and disregard for guest comfort is unacceptable for any hospitality establishment.

The food experience at Palm Tree Resort was equally disappointing. Every dish we ordered, whether vegetarian or non-vegetarian, tasted virtually identical and was excessively salty. To make matters worse, outside food was not allowed, leaving us with no viable dining alternatives and adding unnecessary inconvenience to our stay.

On one occasion, we purchased breakfast from outside, only to be harassed by both the kitchen chef and the resort caretaker. They gave us a hard time about consuming our own food, and we were forced into a prolonged argument lasting at least 15 minutes before the owner finally intervened and permitted us to eat our breakfast. This kind of unprofessional and unfriendly behaviour is completely unacceptable in the hospitality business.

Overall, both the room conditions and dining experience were appalling. The resort left a poor impression on us, and it’s highly unlikely we would return. In future, we will be considering other nearby resorts that are cleaner, more welcoming, and serve...

This is a great place to stay if you want to unwind and relax. Palm Tree Resorts has an amazing swimming pool that is always clean and inviting. The rooms are spacious, with comfortable beds and all the amenities you need. The resort is very peaceful, making it the perfect place to escape and recharge. I can’t say enough good things about Palm Tree Resorts. The swimming pool is lovely – clean, refreshing, and surrounded by beautiful trees.
