The Kay Hotel — Hotel in Andhra Pradesh

This restaurant is my sons all time favourite. Both of them love to spend time here. I should surely mention about the awesome buffet here. There is breakfast buffet till 10.30, lunch (12.00 to 3.30) and dinner buffets(7.30 to 11.00) aswell. We adore almost every dish in the buffet.

Mostly the menu is - 2 soups, 3 salads, 4 starters, 2 biryanis, 2 fried rice, 2 gravy curries, 2 regular curries, 3 desserts, 2 sweets, chopped fruits, milkshake, buttermilk, 2 ice creams. Apart from these they also have regular Andhra Meals which is included in the buffet. The menu is 1 fry, 1 gravy curry, dal, 3 pickles, sambar, rasam, Ulavacharu with cream, papads, vadiyams, curd, sweet. The price is reasonable and more during weekends.

Every dish has its uniqueness here. The staff is very friendly and responsible. High chairs are available for kids. There are Banquet Halls for small sized to large sized gatherings.

Parking is just enough for the visitors to the restaurant. Valet parking is available for the visitors who attend the functions here.

One of the worst experiences of staying anywhere. They are a self-certified 4 star hotel, which technically may be true but they do not deserve even one. The staff are the worst experience after the room and sanitation failures. We called multiple times before we booked and everything they said turned out to be lies when we reached there and their excuse - they do not even know who answered the phone and gave the information. The front office was on his own ego trip and the only language that they understand is if you shout at them. The rooms are not tidy and honestly claustrophobic. The corridors were not lit to save on electricity 😡🤬 The restaurant has no social distancing.. there was a group of 100 guests arriving for a function and were roaming around with the guests.. we checked out before our time to spend the night on the road than sleeping in the hotel. If you want a comfortable stay for yourself or your family, do not consider this. If you like being surrounded by smells of alcohol and being rude, please go ahead. The food was the only saving grace...
