Blue Lagoon — Hotel in Arunachal Pradesh

The worst experience ever. The most scam resort u can ever think of. The images that is here is not how it looks when u reach there. The pool is in the parking garage when u enter itself and was absolutely filthy. When request if it can we cleaned way in advance before we checked the owner himself replied saying ‘if you have so many requirements pls book elsewhere’ This shocks me considering how can one be so oblivious running a hospitality business.

It doesn’t end at that, when u first entered and saw the completely run down property we decided this was not worth staying in. The rooms also were completely dirty and they didn’t even bother to clean the toilets knowing that they are expecting new check in. We were a family of four and didn’t want to ruin our trip. We decided to not check in and literally left since there was just one low level staff and no receptionist to talk to. I called the owner where his wife picked up, to who I explained the situation and requested for the refund since we had already paid advance for our stay. She is like it’s your fault u should have seen properly before booking and refused for refund and to even pass the phone to her husband the main owner.

We then called the resort to request for any other way to reach out to the owner, he started to flight with me regarding no refund and lied about the owners name and existence altogether. WHY WOULD SOMEONE DO THIS. Basically I lost all my money and they didn’t even bother to communicate. Pls don’t stay here. It’s the worst property...

Blue lagoon is located in the absolute worst area possible. The route is right in the middle of the city which takes you to an extremely disappointing end location. Do not fall for the pool photos online, I will gladly let you know that the pool is located in the parking lot (if you can even call it that). Plus, it looks absolutely filthy. I cannot even start talking about the hospitality. The person i was in contact with, did not care for any sort of cooperation. Any questions asked, all the reply you're going to get is, "You can look for another place to stay". I shouldve known what i was getting into. Also, please do not book expecting a "villa". If anything, its just a mid looking room on a tiny piece of land. There are no good views, no open areas. All in all everything one looks forward to on a trip to Arunachal, is missing. There are no vacation vibes at all. Infact everything about this place was so disappointing that even after paying the advance payment, we decided to drop this place and stay at this absolutely amazing resort called "The Lhoba" which is approx. 15 mins away. (even after so many tries for a refund, we kept hiting dead ends becuase all they did was pick...

It was very disappointing experience. The ambience showed in the Google pictures were No maintained...The pool had no water...we booked two deluxe rooms..which were too small 10×10m2 (approx).. the bed size was not for double occupancy..two persons could hardly adjust,no table no shelf, no sofa. The biggest problem was that the walls were not sound proof, even the littlest noise from the next room was audible. The bathroom had a bathtub structure made of tiles (very dirty with insects and cockroach) in a little space which was very very danger, if we suddenly had to get a slip, a severe injure will happen in the tiles edged bathtub. Tap water wasn't available...very slowly it was coming. Please don't keep any expectations as shown in the...
