Flagship Hotel N. N. Residency — Hotel in Assam

Worst experience. I went Sibsagar for an official tour then I booked this hotel a day earlier, after reaching when I called the owner he said that he won't allow my stay. I asked why,he said I have to pay the original amount with no discounts. So I had no choice rather than accepting what he said. So, I cancelled and did an offline booking. When I went there, I found a care taker who was not welcoming at all. No towel has been provided, after I asked they gave me a wet towel. The ac was not working properly. The toilet was unhygienic, someone urinated on the toilet seat before we entered the hotel room. I asked for kadhai chicken, they gave me some chicken which was like boiled for 15 minutes and put oil and potato with it. Next day when I asked for bill. They gave me a bill which my company won't accept. Will share attachment....

Huge price difference compare to the oyo app. It is 2 times higher. In oyo app it was showing rs 1040 but after arriving they charged rs2000. After check in AC is not working properly. I immediately informed the staff they didn't respond. And the staff, kya hi bolu unke bare me. Very ridiculous person, rude behavior and many more. In one word disgusting people. At last I want to advise them that we are not depend on them they are depend on us. So, they may behave well...

It was a great experience, we stayed there 2 nights, we had booked 3 rooms, and all of them were very spacious and nice. The bathrooms were also well equipped and designed quite differently. The negative reviews on this place are absolutely false as we did not encounter any issues with the online booking matter. The hotel had a very homely atmosphere and I recommend that people should select this place if they were to stay in...
