I recently stayed at [Essence Grandeur] and had an outstanding experience. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm and welcoming staff who went above and beyond to ensure my comfort.

The worst manager they have here! We are from Mumbai and we unfortunately booked your hotel. We called multiple times to the hotel but got rude and unprofessional replies from the manager. You may keep the money but we expected a discussion at least as it was a genuine mistake and our money was gone. Even the makemytrip team mailed but did not received the reply there as well. This is not the way to treat people and that too for money as we know what happens with wrong bookings and false confirmations. Anyways keep the money and get some good managers who can at least be decent and knows...

The rooms where very clean and hygienic. The service was prompt and amazing. We were travelling with a kid and they really accomodated us well. The food of the restaurant is best in the location so pls order. The room where very spacious as well But the only 2 problem were with the location which was through a congested lane.
