Lee Palace Hotel — Hotel in Assam

My stay at Hotel Lee Palace in Biswanath Chariali was nothing short of a complete disappointment. Despite their exorbitant room rates, the hotel's performance in providing even the most basic services was abysmal.

The incessant power disruptions throughout the night were utterly infuriating. Every hour, we had to resort to calling the reception for the generator boy to stumble in and begrudgingly switch on the backup power. It's astounding that a hotel charging premium prices can't ensure a stable electricity supply, resulting in a sleepless and nightmarish experience.

The morning didn't bring any respite. To my sheer disbelief, there was no water when I attempted to use the restroom. It's utterly unacceptable that a hotel can't even provide this fundamental necessity.

In conclusion, Hotel Lee Palace's exorbitant rates are a complete farce when you consider the appalling services they provide. They need a major overhaul in their management and service standards, as their current performance falls far below the expectations set by...
