The Mist Blew Hotel — Hotel in Assam

One of a big hotel with untrained employees nice rooms but very poor and bad service and too late for corporate and working people. They can't serve breakfast before 9:30 am.

Staff don't know how to speak hindi properly don't give proper response to guest.

Food quality is like too oily and masala and smells like old and used food. But the price Touches sky too EXPENSIVE food.

They don't even have any GTS don't know how the hotel is running without GST.

Manager show's himself as if he Knows everything.

While you have your food staff are like talking shouting, playing & feels like they make fun.....

This disgusting, un-maintained, dirty hotel would be the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The entire place was dirty from entrance to exit. The light switches in the room had dirty marks radiating from them. The glass in the room was dirty and the mugs sticky to touch. The room service books were dirty and un-kept with bent pages and dog ears. I Outside the room there were light fittings absent from the walls with bare wires hanging out, exit signs that were no longer there with wires hanging from the ceiling. Mould and decay on the walls, water features that once were, now empty. At the end of the day eyaha reh nahi sakteh...

Worst experience ever nothing is on time... I have made a big mistake by selecting this hotel for my friend... Food with no taste it's like old oil taste. Breakfast Masala omlet was like half cooked with lots of red chilli powder. Orderd breakfast on 8 as I was having a meeting but never got it was waiting for 30 mins. Tooo over price food and room. They charged 1000 early morning check in, saperate 800 2 hours late check out. With a poor service. Staff don't even understand proper hindi Or english. No GTS difficult...
