HOTEL VAIDYA REGENCY & MANUHAR RESTAURANT — Hotel in Balaghat

As a first time traveler in India I ended up in this hotel because the entire town's hotels where booked by an event called world bee day. Luckily enough Vaidya Regency managed to squeeze me in and even if it seemed impossible at first, extended my stay for the additional two days I needed. The staff has been nothing but absolute sweethearts and have given me the best service I've ever had. If you happen to cross balaghat and don't know where to stay, go for this hotel! Especially if you're on a budget - the private rooms are very affordable! Room was not properly cleaned, full of mosquitoes, AC was not working properly. Had to force them to switch on the AC. They cheated us by giving Rs 990 room and then charging for 1290 room. The pillow cover was not clean. I requested rhem to change it. It was changed but only after I had reminded rhem to do so for 3 timea over phone. No intercom available in room. Third class service. Very bad experience.. Lot of mosquitos.. Wifi didnot got connected at room on first floor..very bad service as reception person said wifi is least bothered thing to check on hotel..as no one does that..use your own internet.. No entertainment channel Available on tv as per recharge.. No hand wash or santiser available.. Bedsheets were not clean...
