Hotel staff rude Service poor No hot water .. they have solar system no geyser and even after 20 min of open tap there is no hot water … In main road but remote area Not recommended Only nice thing about the hotel was the rooftop.

My dear hotel owner i never even care to give bad review to any hotel if there staff is polite … I don’t have time for it. And when i take time to give review it’s only for very nice places .. But you guys made me come here to write a bad review. I am not absolutely gaining any benefit from writing bad reviews here. And for the hot water issue you are saying that there was hot water available as you also said in our phone conversation to that I would like u to come to Tanda medical college and get yourself checked.. i think there might be problems with your sensory system because all 3 of have been through medical check up as we entered medical college and as we examine people almost daily we compare with ourselves for examination , so our senses are normal.You think with us getting late for our day we have time to complaint for things which according to you are normal. Your staff also came and checked the water it was not even luke warm and you are saying it was hot . Unbelievable And u kept calling time and again to change the review. I mean why is there review system then .Instead of improving professional skills ,you are harassing us to change the review. I recently stayed at a hotel that I must say was absolutely amazing. From the moment I checked in, I was treated with the utmost care and attention. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always willing to go above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect.

My room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities I could ever need. The bed was comfortable and I slept soundly every night, waking up refreshed and ready to take on the day.

The only good things about this hotel were the rooftop and the person serving breakfast, who was genuinely polite. Unfortunately, the rest of our experience was disappointing.

There was no hot water in our room. When we called the staff, they said “we’ll see.” One person came to check, said the same thing, and left — but no one ever followed up. We were getting late for checkout and asked the receptionist for a little extra time to get ready, but instead of showing understanding, they told us that after 11:00 AM they would charge us for another day.
