I had booked this hotel on OYO.. I had confirmation from OYO by email and text.. But the hotel sent me a email that they are not actively tied up with any online booking company like OYO, Goibibo or Make my trip.. And the hotel front office suggested me that I should cancel my booking with OYO and book directly with hotel with a higher price.. I have Cancelled the booking and I have made complaint to OYO for it.. OYO people show their helplessness regarding this and told me to book some other hotel.. Before visit I tried to confirm my booking at hotel and this happened... I thank God that this happened early so I can book another hotel otherwise I will have to face trouble at last minute.. OYO must discontinue this hotel at earliest from their application if it is not tied up with them...

The above mentioned review was before visiting the hotel. After that I booked 3 rooms directly with hotel for my 2 night stay there.. Rooms were very nice, clean and big in size.. Room service was prompt.. Staff was trained and mannered and humble.. Bathroom were nice and clean.. Car parking space was inside hotel boundary and it was safe.. But during my stay of 2 days, swimming pool was not cleaned and was not usable.. Health club and play zone were closed.. No other option was available for entertainment for children or adults.. Very big and very nice property at very good peaceful location.. Perhaps best in Ratlam.. But was not satisfied because of complete facilities were not available.. But i was really satisfied with their service, food, reception and customer...

I had not made advance booking while approaching this hotel however got a superior room allotted at 1400 ( taxes extra). The check in was smooth and room was worth the amount spent with air conditioning facility and was quite spacious. The room was spic and span and I understand was painted very recently. The only issue faced was there was no running hot water however I carry a heating rod to overcome such issues. The authorities were kind to allow me retain the room at half the tariff till 6 PM which is welcome gesture. The restaurant also offers good veg food with complimentary breakfast. I saw some senior person overlooking the breakfast arrangement which meant the management is means serious business. The hotel also offers complimentary pick up and drop from the railway station. The hotel complex also has a club with a swimming pool and gymnasium however it appears that this section is under renovation. All in all good option for family and those who are visiting for...
