Rude Staff, Unclean Rooms, DO NOT GO there. Not worth the money.
Worst Experience No Basic Customer Service Etiquette from the staff.
I have checked in at April 5th, take a look on the house keeping chart, it was previous dated April 4 with lipstick mark. bed sheet was not changed and i asked to changed it he said after sometime will change it as the Dhobi is not available, and after few hrs he kept one bedsheet in the room and didn't even bother to change it.. Finally i had to change it my self.
i had booked each rooms for 3 people each from OYO, when i asked to provide the extra bed he said if you would have booked directly then we would Have given... and for 2 extra bed he changed 600 Rs.
Staff was insisting not to book through OYO as if we had booked directly we would have got it cheaply.
NO Proper business relationship with hotels. No Proper maintenance No Proper Rules.

The Receptionist behaves very rudely with the customers. They charge more than 500/- to 800/- as mentioned as the floor price in the Oyo Application.
AC Remote will not be handled to customers, since there is a shortage of AC Remotes !
Rooms were dirty, unclean, full of cockroaches, bed sheets not washed and Pillows are dirty.
Don't waste your valuable money, booking this hotel.
Worst hotels and rude Receptionists, charging extra money for AC and cheating the owner...
