Hotel 8th Mile Suites — Hotel in Bengaluru

No coordination between hotel management and Booking agencies. Some Mr. Krishna from reservation department from the hotel is quite rude in talking too.

We booked 15 days back paying complete amount via Agoda (mentioned in their reservation site with receipt and confirmed booking id) but two days before, when i give a call for final check, the Hotel is completely denying to give rooms. Might be because of huge rush of conferences on the same date at BIEC, they bidding the rates in double/ triple charges.

The hotel is co-owned by four persons, hence there's no clarity in terms of guidelines and rules. We booked an executive room for three days of stay.
