OYO Royal Residency Near Hare Krishna Hill — Hotel in Bengaluru

Whole story: I booked a room through Oyo app for 3 guests and with price of 958. When we reached hotel he said Oyo people are fraud and ol and he will not give room in such low price. He also said that he was telling same thing to many customers and many customers returned due to same reason. I was with my parents to stay and so I cannot just run with them to find new hotel at night time. I was forced to give 1200 rs instead of 958 for the same Oyo booking id. Thought the service was fine after I paid extra, still the room quality was not up to the mark. Hot water was not available.

My question is that this owner uses Oyo to attract customers and force people who he knows just can't run away. I asked him why don't you just cancel the aggrement with Oyo,He didn't have the answer to that.

When we book an hotel from Oyo we are guaranteed for the amount that is mentioned. Why the heck we will pay extra money.

Oyo should cancel the aggrement with these type of hotels. People like us will simply find good hotels who don't force their customers to pay extra black amount. One more thing to mention is that he told that keeps original ids of people till they give them reviews in Oyo app, who the hell are these guys for keeping our id. They force to give 5...

Please Plz Don't book this hotel, even if it's free. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 The photos in Oyo (fake pics ) and reality is lot of difference from other !’ it was not at all good to stay in that place, we paid money and we went to room, and saw we run out from there. Bez It was the most dirty everything, it was irritating to touch walls or tape or doors and no water properly … beside bed is the window curtain was much dirty . from OYO price to hotel price is much different. They are degrading OYO. Dirty room. Booked hotel at 600 but they denied check-in and had to pay 1000. No room service at all. Had to take baggage by own to third floor as they don't have attendents. Lift doesn't work. No food facility, they just have a small hotel nearby who serve very bad and unhealthy food please 🙏🏻 DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL . And don’t be FOOL by listening that Royal Residency Name. One star is not even worth to give. Total zero stars.

Really bad place, poorly maintained, the staff gets drunk and tries to enter rooms, the food in the restaurant is pitiful to say the least. The bed covers and blankets have stains on them, the tv does not work at all. I can't believe Oyo would tie up with such a pathetic hotel. The bidet is in such a despicable condition that it needs to be sent to some chemical lab to make it thoroughly hygienic and possible to use again. Dunno the need of a bright blue night light when the air condition's 4 bright colourful lights keeps one up all night. The lavatory creates a nice whirlpool but it's just visual effects only. What's supposed to be flushed continues to float in bliss. And to top it all, despite the numerous bad reviews received this place does nothing to improve. Don't even think of...
