Shreyas Residency — Hotel in Bengaluru

I had boarded my relatives and had stayed with them for a night in this hotel last month.||||Well, to start off, its a B&B hotel, so do not consider long stays. The service will probably not satisfy even the basic requirement. They do have service, but the guys handling the work are not trained or skilled enough for the job. Even, daily changing for bedding and towels has to be prompted for.||||Now the specifics.||||Location: 4 points for that. At around 20kms from New Airport, this hotel is roughly halfway from City and the airport and being bang on the airport road has good connectivity through bus as well as cab services.||||Rooms: A 3 for rooms. Though rooms are spacious and maintained well, the grey areas are visible upon careful observation. Old stains on bed sheets, dull lighting, stale smelling airconditioner (when switched on.. later the humidity and smell vanishes) are things that do not catch attention at first. Toiletries provided are not replenished regularly.||||Service: A 3 again. Though service is provided promptly on call, the staff are local guys and work more like a robot. Some may not understand English or Hindi and may need to be instructed through signs.||||Restaurant: A 3 again. The restaurant is average in menu, taste and service. ||||Price: A 3.5. WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL!!! • The management, the front desk supervisor, the so called bell attendants who wouldn't be of any help unless u ask for and all the other staffs are least bothered to provide service, or help u with anything. • Washroom pot's not clean, the floor's too. • The room houses cockroaches and other kinds of insects. • Rooms are pretty dim and one or two lights wouldn't turn on. • TV is just for show with one single regional channel that is telecasted that too once in a while. • Unclean wardrobe and dressing unit full of dirt. • Torn bedsheet It seems as if all the staffs whether at top or bottom position all are in deep sleep working just for the sake like SLOTHS!
