The Canopy House — Hotel in Bengaluru

One of the worst experiences of staying at an Airbnb flat. Only thing good we felt was that flat is spacious, rooms are big. But that's it. Many amenities listed on Airbnb are not provided.Sub standard utensils provided that too not sufficient if more than 3 people are staying. Water Can is provided without dispenser. TV remote is broken !When tried to switch on the geyser, we faced power cut issues. Even after informing the coordinator Moosa, the issue was not addressed. The caretaker drops in as and when he wishes. He drops in using spare key even when the guest is not in. They charge extra for cleaning and the caretaker keeps bugging you till you pay him. When questioned about all this with owner his response was that we should stay at Hyatt or Marriott if we can afford and leave his property, as if we wanted to stay any longer than we did.That's some audacity. We got so irritated by all this that we had to move to another Airbnb property. Overall, pathetic service and would not recommend anyone to stay at...

The rooms are good. But they don't clean the place. We need to pay for thr room service

If you need any service you separately pay for it. Even the housekeeping is charged like 2.5k .

They didn't even have an iron stand and upon requesting multiple times they got one after many days almost during mid duration of our stay . What's the point paying so much???

On airbnb they mention sooo many services . But out of those just a few are available . And the coordinator named Moosa is so irresponsible and doesn't answer calls.

Unfortunate to have booked a room for a night stay on 17 April 2024! Eventually denied mentioning that the rooms are not available Mr. Moosa caretaker was unapologetic. Suggested an alternative property with no promised facilities such as air conditioning and the upholstery smelling of cigarette smoke and ill maintained facility for which we were asked to pay ₹2800 .
