The King's Meadows | Luxury Wedding Venue in Bangalore — Hotel in Bengaluru

The King's Meadows is such a beautiful place for an outdoor wedding. The staff were easy to work with, always available, and happy to walk us through any detail, no matter how small. They were able to accommodate so many of our needs from food accommodations for allergens, to outdoor table placements. We booked the outdoor Lawn for Haldi, mehndi and for the Cocktail/Sangeet ceremony The grand ballroom, only a few feet away, for the reception both of which hosted 300 guests.

The bar inside theThe Grand ballroom is so classy, and the walk in on a red carpet, through the lift, surrounded by a greenery wall made all our guests feel like they were Hollywood celebrities- and so did being greeted by a champagne tower at the bar! It was a really fun cocktail hour with a lot of seating. Again, the sound quality was excellent.

The food was absolutely delicious. Their preferred vendor list is great, everyone was so professional, accommodating, easy to work with, and great at their jobs.

We had our Wedding on 06 & 07 December 2023. It was a very pleasant & smooth experience for us to get wed in The King's Meadows Hotel. We booked the Venue in June 2023 & the Staff Members especially Mahesh was very friendly with us & assisted us with all the necessary requirements needed for wedding be it Food, Decor, stay etc.

All our Family members were extremely thrilled to be in the venue & enjoy the wedding. We went with our In-House Decor & Caterers.

The Food Catering was one of the best suggested by The King's Meadows. Kudos to Ashwin & Team for serving such delicacies & managing the food for all our events so effortlessly.

The Royal Theatre, Lawn & Sunny side Halls have their own charm & we had our events in each of the spaces. Our Muhurta at the lawn was one of the best & it is very neatly maintained.

Location is extremely good for the wedding. Unfortunately it is not in the right locality and not as popular as it is supposed to be. But I had a negative experience with the management few years back. We were about to finalise this venue for a wedding, initially they quoted very low price, also gave some example from previous client experiences, I was astonished by the price they had quoted. Luckily we didn’t fall for their trap, it was only client attraction tactics that they played with us.
