My wife and I stayed at the Golden Tulip for almost a week and it was one of the best hotel experiences we've ever had.
To begin with, the hotel is located at a very accessible location. It has a beautiful ambience and the entire premises is well-maintained. The rooms were very spacious and tidy. The room that we originally took had a small washroom and the staff were kind enough to shift us to another one with a bigger washroom. The room service was very quick and housekeeping maintained our rooms neatly.
They also have an in-house restaurant, Tulipe, which has a multi-cuisine menu and the food was absolutely fantastic. The breakfast buffet was top-notch.
Finally, I'd like to convey my sincere gratitude to the staff at Golden Tulip starting with Mr. Satyam, Mr. Sumeet, and Mr. Saurabh. They are very professional and supported us kindly through the entire duration of our stay including getting around the city. The restaurant staff Ms. Deepika, Ms. Kajal, Ms. Anamika and Mr. Rahul are immensely kind and friendly. The way they greeted us every morning gave us a great start of the day. The reception staff Mr. Amit and Mr. Mayank were also very amicable and supportive.
To reiterate, this was one of the best hotel stays we've experienced and I wholeheartedly recommend Golden Tulip for anyone looking for a family/business stays with a four ⭐ experience. Thank you very much, Team Golden Tulip Bhopal. Look forward to visiting again!

Read moreI recently stayed at the Golden Tulip Hotel in Bhopal and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. As a frequent traveler, I expect certain standards from a reputed establishment like Golden Tulip, but my visit was marred by several significant issues.
Firstly, upon entering my room, I was immediately hit by a strong smell of cigarette smoke. This was extremely disappointing, especially since the hotel is advertised as non-smoking. When I raised this concern with the reception staff, I was informed that a shooting crew had been staying there and they were allowed to smoke, thereby disregarding the hotel's non-smoking policy.
Secondly, the breakfast service was equally disappointing. I was looking forward to starting my day with a refreshing glass of watermelon juice, only to find that it was mixed with sugar. The taste was overly sweet and cloying, which is not what I expect from fresh juice. Moreover, there was no indication or signage mentioning that the watermelon juice contained added sugar. This lack of transparency is concerning, especially for guests who may have dietary restrictions or prefer to avoid added sugars.
In conclusion, my stay at the Golden Tulip Hotel in Bhopal was below par. I hope the management will wakeup and works towards providing a better experience for...
Read moreStarted bad but ended well
They checked us early into deluxe room 420 where water was leaking from ceiling continuously and spilling on the table. there was no way anyone would stay in such a room for more than a minute. They knew it but purposely gave it to us as early checkin.
Second deluxe room 424 they gave has a huge pillar in middle of room. We booked the costlier deluxe room and yet this is what best they had to offer.
Next day this room basin tap had water dripping non stop and wetted entire bathroom. We got it fixed.
Dal fry we ordered on first night had excess salt.
For all above complaints, I should blame the management and not the staff. Staff as such want to help and are nice to talk etc. they talk with you often and carry a big smile and try their best.
Breakfast is very very good. Has a great spread and very value for money. Especially for vegetarians. I would urge local Bhopalis to try this bfast buffet costing 399/-.
Location is good and pretty central. DB City Mall and Manohar restaurant are just a km away. Two railway stations are within 20min drives.
Special thanks to staff Deepika Rekha Anamika for serving us promptly and with big smiles at...
