अमानवीय, झूठ और ठगी का उदाहरण। The worse you can do to yourself is book this hotel. 1)The room does not, at all matches the pictures provided online. 2)If you have booked online via OYO , they have the audacity to deny the booking or they will give you any room that has no amenities functioning. I read so many reviews facing the same thing As I did. 3)They denied me the facility of AC since my Price point which I got via @OYO was very less. And asked for 300₹ on counter to provide AC. Even after paying 300₹ They gave me a room where the AC was not functioning, the room was in a condition as if was just vacated . Bedsheets in a horrible state , the washroom 🤮. The room was soo inhabitable, suffocating that I had to vacate the room in 2 hours since they were giving me options "Sir Cooler laga dete hai" it was soo irritating to listen to this . They were ready to provide a cooler in a closed room. 4)All this was happening when I had 10 hours remaining for my exams that is conducted once A year. And I kept telling them this is very important that I sleep peacefully 5)When I filed a complaint with OYO they had the guts to Tell the customer care " Ki humne toh 300₹ jo extra liye the vo wapas kar diye" How ridiculous is too ridiculous. 6)I strongly believe that OYO should Take away their franchise from them.

And @Hotel Komal palace If you have the decency Please apologize for this blunder. Because let me tell you this very clearly ,if I take this matter to consumer forum you will be held liable within a moment for a) Deficiency of services b)Fraud c)Emotional and physical Stress that I had to bear d)The potential threat it posed to my exam ,very next day. I'm sure The Courts will love to charge you Compensation for all this , Litigation fees. You should be sorry...

I stayed here for less than 24 hours. Overall the hotel was nice and pocket friendly. The exterior of the hotel is quite boring but the Interior of the rooms and the ambiance of the hotel was nice and cosy.

All the hotel rooms were nice and clean. All rooms had TV and AC. But their services were not good as expected as there was no recharge in their DTH so we were not able to watch TV, which was included in the package.

The hotel's stairs were narrow and steep. Only one person can go up or down at a time. And there is no lift and wheel chair facility of any kind.

And the location of the hotel is on Raisen Road near Ram Mandir Anand Nagar, which is crowded area. There is no place to park a car during the day time, but after 10:00 pm you will find...
