Hotel Mayur Palace — Hotel in Bhopal

THEY ARE FRAUDSTERS AND CHEATERS. I booked a deluxe for one day stay - 26 dec to 27 dec through Make My Trip. Our train got delayed and we even informed the hotel about it, in starting the hotel denied our reservation but after having conversation with MMT Executive, they confirmed our reservation and when at 1 am we reached the Hotel, the staff took our adhaar card, took our sign in their checkin register and then denied the room and sent us to the different hotel named - Hotel Midland.. . On that day, we weren't the only one who faced such fraud and cheating evening there were 2-3 more families with whom they behaved in same manner. And when we informed about this to MMT, they assured us the refund but from last month this hotel is denying our refund by showing them that we stayed in their room and used their services, and later the hotel changed their statement by saying that they provided us better rooms so they won't give our money back... I stayed there for two nights on 8/9/24 & 9/9/24 and enjoyed very much.Check in was very smooth,it hardly took five minutes.Mr Upadhyay was on reception,he was very cooperative and allowed us to early check in.Mr Rao GM,he also co-operated us,helped us to arrange atour of sanchi stupa etc at very reasonable rates.I am thankful to both of these gentlemen.Rooms are small but equipped with all required items.Bathroom were neat and clean, Location was very good, Railway Station and bus stand was very near Restaurant was also good,Chef Gopal prepared for us dal tadka an d bhindi,both were very delicious,fresh and...

Did not stay. But got a chance have dinner in a marriage Reception. The food was lousy, cold and even the soup and tandoori roti served were cold. It was difficult to eat the rotis and puris. The paneer sabji, mixed veg sabji were sweetish. The rice was good look wise but again damn cold. The snacks like cheese balls, panned pakodas, aloo tikki, noodles etc were all tasteless and as cold as in kashmir. The sweet dishes jalebi and gulab jamun were not as sweet as required. So overall experience is bad and felt very bad for the hosts whose money I feel is wasted. Not at all recommended for any...
