NEVER EVER book any hotel through Fab Hotels. They charge more than double the actual price of the hotel itself. Always try to book the hotel by directly calling them and verifying the actual price of one night. We were charged more than double for a room which evidently didn’t deserve to be charged even one-fourth of that. When you contact their customer care, they keep replying you with the term ‘Policy’, that this is not our policy and all. Fooling innocent customers and cheating them is what they know. Also, when you ask for the contact of hotel property, Fab Hotels had the wrong contact number for the hotel which is baffling because they are representing them at various platforms. This explains the lackadaisical work ethic of Fab Hotels.

Secondly, the hotel was not up to the mark anyways. Their breakfast options are- Toast-jam/butter and Poori sabji only which was awful to taste. They claim they have a huge list of breakfast items to be served but they were insistent upon to order these only as other items are chargeable and not free. No one has mentioned about this on any app or platform. They seriously are not aware of hospitality. Infact, no one in Patna is aware of - How to serve their customers and return them with a happy face. Their AC was not working the whole first day we stayed there. We kept complaining and thereafter we were shifted to another room. Their washrooms are awfully small like you cannot even bathe properly standing. Overall, my experience with Patna was miserable and full of inconvenience which I hadn’t expected.

I had went a lots of hotel in my life, but first time I am giving very bad review because it was really bad, I booked hotel with fab hotel in Patna for 3 days 15 to 18 June, it was royal villa but I went there the hotel was very bad the room was not clean, you can find broken sofa in setting area so I ask fab hotel to change my hotel they did it, they said I book good hotel for you hotel ruklo Patna, we checked in , the room was clean and good, but the service was very bad I will rate it negative, they charged 9000 for 3 day with breakfast, Feedback: they will not providing a single bottle of complementary water bottle in the room you will not get and tea and coffee if you want you need to order and pay for complementary breakfast if you are 2 pax they will provide 1 palte poori sabji and 1 plate bread butter for 2 people First time I saw this type of service in the hotel So if any one wants to stay in this hotel my recommendation is not to stay , me and my wife we are very disappointed in this hotel with service and even they don’t have any regrets for this, this is my last time booking with fab hotel Thank you for your bad...

Our experience at the hotel was really awful. We booked the hotel from Fab Hotels and were charged more than twice the orginal. Fab hotels would not cancel our reservation and their customer service was of no help. They're just misleading the users by not providing the direct contact of the hotel.

Hotel Ruk Lo was clean but the staff was extremely rude and uncooperative . There were only two options for the so called complimentary buffet breakfast .ie, toast jam/butter and aloo puri that too cold and bland. The ac was not working properly and we were shifted to another room. The bathroom was really small. The restaurant was okay but overall our stay was not satisfactory and extremely disappointing.
