HOTEL CREATION INN — Hotel in Bihar

A good property very poorly managed. Difficult to reach as on the roadside there is a pharmacy and entry to the hotel is from rear not properly flagged in maps. The reception is on the first floor with no sign on the ground floor indicating this. So hilarious. There was nobody at the reception many times during our stay. The staff are very ill disciplined, uneducated and with no civility and manners like knocking on door and waiting. During cleaning, dirty bed was not changed. They will not clean your room unless keys are left at reception. The water heating takes long and is operated by a common switch outside the hallway. No water, or amenities like toiletries or tea/coffee machine are provided other than handwash which is mixed with water. Room itself is okay but there are no cupboards even in higher category rooms. Worst part is staff availability and training, they don't know any single chapter of hotel operations. One staff told me there is no trained staff in hotel so basically it's just a building. They don't even collect your id so it's not safe for anyone. There is no power back up for AC, so you are at mercy of state supplied power. Proximity to railway station is only...

First of all this is new renovated property, staffs r nt at all trained, pillow cover, bedsheet, towels were very dirty n filthy. I entered here by mistake but the moment i realised the reality i changed from this. No kitchen or pantry services. You will have to go outside for food or even tea.They don't have GST so forget about gst billing. UPI payment is there but that too on individual name not in the name of hotel. Better options are there in saharsa in comparison to it. If you have to stay for only a night that too, when you didnt require any bill or other services u can stay here. Manager and staff always ready to thug u asking for money for snacks. I don't know they paid or not. Charges changed when u placed order. Hygiene was one of the best in this locality. Just due to lack of professionalism manager and staff ruining this place name. Once I gave some clothes for washing staff steal my tshirt. Later I found tht in his room. I have to pay him 220 for clothes washing I gave him 300 he didn't return left money said want to eat somosa I don't know which somosa cost 80 ruppes 😅. It is not tht big amount so I didn't took tht time it seriously but after tht he usually start asking for money. So I stop giving him my clothes for washing. Staff is little annoying...
