The hotel is really good and the atmosphere here is really satisfying the staff here are very loyal and helpfull the senior manager here is really a great man and manager here too is a helpfull person i had a relative of mine who was a U.S citizen and the iagrition office had sent me with my relative to Hotel Shyam International and it was really a bad experience for me and my U.S relative becaz they charged me too much for the room and it took them nearly 6 hours to fill a c- form which was really a negative impact for foreign tourists and we were to fill an Exit form for which the staff there was not able to fill the form for which they told us to go and find someone who could help us out with the exit form the manager there was not even able to speak proper english to convience my relative then we went to the imigration and they sent us to Hotel Dharam Mukti Utsav Bhavan and they were the only one who were able to fill the exit form we are really thankful to them for helping us out and i would advise all tourist from foreign countries to have visit there they will really...

I didn't want to go to the place however it was recommended to me so I went to have a look and what a sight. The place and the rooms are filthy, the kinds that are worth maybe 200inr/night. The owner, went on about saying that other hotels had no license for foreigners (completely false), pretending to be the only option, when there are other hotels, clean nice ones, for the same price that the rickshaw drivers know of. The 5 stars comments are clearly from fake accounts, the 1 star ones are not exaggerated you must go to see the place by yourself...

The receptionist told me it is the only hotel in Raxaul which accepts foreigners, and they needed a special expensive licence to host me, which is why they had the high fixed price of 1650 rupees. The room itself was truly horrible: filthy and with no screens on the windows so there were tens of mosquitoes.
