Room was clean. Every Time I should tell to get hot water. Hotel guys were making to wait for 30 40 min. To on the Geyser. In rooms it was available. But they have some problem. No ventilation in room. Feel like suffocating in middle of night. Check out time is 12pm. I requested them can I stay till 1pm. Since day before I checked in the evening 7:00pm. Reception person upfront told me to pay 500 Rs. If you stay more then 15 min after 12pm. Trust me u shud not try any other hotel just trust my word i have travelled 7 countries n almost 20 states of india and i have seen wonderful people but people here at JMD Hotel are one of the best. You get to meet friendly staff at the reception with lovely Mr.Shiva (bellBoy) and for further assistance Mr.Pinaki the General Manager himself will assist you. The one of the problem which I am facing at the JMD International is that the there is No facility for the Drivers to spend good sleep and it's the 3 driver who complaint me that sir please not book ulyoyr room in JMD as there is place available for the driver instead you can book your room in satkar hotel. Also my old organisation colleague are at presently staying in satkar hotel as that are providing place for drivers as the drivers are very important for any marketing person as that are driving the car for 8 to 12 hours in a day and if they not sleep in the night it's a problem which affects the driver potential in day. I also plan to switch the hotel in katihar where there is place available for the drivers to stay a sound sleep in night.
