Very bad experience worst services ever too much time has been taken even for the water bottles bathroom doors were totally jamed and too much expensive ac was not working staff was too rude whole people were lazy no electricity backup lift was not working even my sister has been stucked in the washroom the door was jammed she was inside it for an hour knob is jammed totally and no backup was there properly they have taken an hour to bring the masterkey from their place so mannerless and disgusting people they are overall very bad experience we had there.. We booked hotel kepson for marriage reception, hotel staff and food was good, but for decoration purpose hotel will suggest you Ajeet Kumar , he is the worst decorator I have seen ,he will tell you so many things he will arrange this and that and one you will give advance money ,he will not talk in same way, I have given advance money on the wedding day he came and start asking full amount otherwise he will not start his work, we were not having any other options because it was wedding day and half of the day is gone , and don't take make up artists from him , they were very rude , arrogant,

If you are not staying at zero mile then Hotel Kapson is a good option. It is 2 years old. The bedsheets are clean, bathrooms are good, rooms are decent, staff is helpful and courteous. A bit annoying is the small water geyser (one litre) so you have to request for hot water. Another thing is that hot water is provided only in the morning. There is a heater/hot air blower in each room. A tea/coffer maker is provider but there is no tea/coffee/milk/sugar. Toiletries are minimum. Breakfast has limited options. There is no buffet.
