Hotel Laxmi Vilas Palace — Hotel in Bihar

I was here to attend my relatives engagement. So talking about my review. Pros n Cons

1. First of all the location is so easy to find and also thanks to Google maps for making it even convenient.
2. This is a 4storey building. Ground floor dedicated to restaurant and reception. First floor is banquet hall and all the events are being organised here only. Rest two floors are dedicated to hotels
3. Talking about the event management, they have plenty of space for organizing such an event. I won't say the hall was very big..But it was quite big to accomodate. But the arrangement can be even better.
4. The food was good, I won't say mouth watering or so yummy. But it was just good enough. Obviously there is a lot of room for improvement in this section.
5. There is a small parking space which I don't think is sufficient for even such a small event. I feel the need to expand there parking but involving basement.
6. The ambience was good. It was simple n decent. The stage and decorations can be made even better. So it can have better visual appeal. One more thing please prefer natural flowers atleast for some areas instead of...

I had very bad experience accomodating my guest at this place. For the first couple of hours Aircon did not work, Electricity was on and off, tap in the bathroom was broken. Rs8000 for a day stay is not a small amount sir.I have no intention of ripping off your reputation, whatever I am writing here is a feedback and you need to take it positive if you want to go for a long drive. Please gear up with good staffs so they help as a family member building up your reputation. Food: Disappointing especially dal was horrible. Height - Receptionist come operation manager was very rude was not agree to accept any of those feedback. I would say the price does not match the service and facilitates. I would love to have one - to - one comms with the hotel owner if I could get opportunity and if he is able to ingest some betterness in his own dal....

Worst experience ever. In a 3000 rs room, no control over AC as no remote given. No will fi, no gesyger or arrangement of Hot water, no fridge, no arrangement for proper mosquito repulsion. The complementry brekfast is the biggest joke. They come with a bill saying that they cannot give more than 200 rs. Worth items. It's practically nothing you will remain hungry and wilI have to eat outside as well. I will recommend never go here. Better to stay in Patna or Mujaffar Pur. Be prepared for a shock if you are a regular visitor for hotels...
