Hotel Sidh Vedantha I Best 4 Star Luxury Hotel in Patna — Hotel in Bihar

Since hotel is new so you will get neat rooms but the area/locality is not good. Very few parking space for 4 wheelers and No parking space for 2 wheelers. Management needs to improve a lot in handing guest request and need to be proactive with ready rooms before check-in time, though they have very late checkin time @2:00 PM and rooms were not ready till 2:30PM. Washroom was having stingy smells and after several request they have placed room freshener/odonil. You have to call more than 3-4 times for any request(like for missing/few toiletries) to reception but at last they will fulfils your request. Worst thing, TV DTH is not recharged as per booking/stay and you have to suffer if you love to watch TV, I have requested more than 5-6 times to receptionist(the guy who stays in night post 8 or 9 PM) in advance before due date(as per message on TV) but he just IGNORED the request each time. Worst receptionist I ever seen, and hotel management/manger is also less bother about same. Room is smaller than the previous stay, I have booked same category both times but size differs and I DON’T KNOW WHY!! Bed/Mattress are not comfortable and they have used two single bedsheets to cover this queen size bed which act like a blanket after sometime as it looks like to use mattress without bedsheets. Even the worst thing as a hotel, management should keep some of first aid kit available at reception for any light emergencies, they even don’t have any medical kit like fever/cold medicine, handiplast or dettol etc. I have checked with receptionist at 6:30 AM and he simply denied and said management doesn’t allow them to keep first aid or medicine kit. This instance degrades the rating for this hotel to just 2 star, they were claiming 4 star hotel with 5 star facilities then management should aware of these hygiene and basic measures which is required in hospitality sector. Only best thing about this hotel was their food, I like the food.

I recently visited Patna with my family d got the opportunity to stay in this hotel . |Its on Kishangunj bypass , Ramkrishna Nagar Patna. |Though from outside you can feel that its a small hotel but when we went inside its really a nice hotel with great ambience. Hotel staff were very polite & cooperative. Rooms are big enough for a family of 2 Adult & 1 child ( W.r.t. Room # 307) . They provide mini bar in every room ( Chargeable basis) with nice toiletries & other amenities including room slippers and laundry services. |Buffet Breakfast is complimentary and to be honest they serve extremely delicious food be it in Breakfast or in room dining. |Room Tarriff is very reasonable. Now If we compare services with room tarrif ,I would give 4.5 out of 5 to it, as the only draw back i observed here is with housekeeping . |Housekeeping personnel usually dont pick up phone calls , you need to approach them via reception. Second with the packaged drinking water. They only provide 2x 500 ml bottles every day after that you need to call them multiple times for drinking water. |Thus housekeeping services needs improvements especially they should focus on their attentiveness .|I would suggest Hotel administration that instead of giving 2x 500 ml bottles as daily complimentary they should increase it to 2x 1 Ltr bottles. As 500 ml is just equal to a full normal glass of water..|But in a nutshell I would highly recommend this hotel to every one. Its really one of the best hotel to...
