Dear Manager it's reply for your response, if you don't know how to respond better don't respond! The booking was done through Agoda platform, being a manager don't you know how this platrom works?? Even today your hotel is showing in agoda platform, if you think you dont have to go with thier terms, why are you still showing your hotel in agoda? Agoda is not depending on your hotel, you are depending on agoda service, you input the number of rooms allocated for agoda, when a guest book a room through agoda you automatically get a email notification for the booking, it's not that agoda need to send the booking voucher to you. Since you have the rights to add or remove the allotted rooms not agoda, it's a mistake from your side first learn to acpect your fault rather than saying pls check with the booking platform where you did, it's not my work!! I blame your hotel for not keeping the booking records on track, if you dont have rooms you should have cancelled my booking well in advance. I don't have to do any flase allegation on your hotel, the information what I mentioned for cancelling which I got from agoda I have mentioned, if it's wrong you talk to the agoda team and come up with reply, as every conversation has been recorded right so you can double check on it.
What ever the reply what you have done to me it's wrong, it should not happen to any one.
If you don't acpect agoda or booking.com booking confirmations then better come out of it and have a stand alone booking platform for urself, so client can use that platform to book, weather the client get discounted rate or normal rate or what so ever that we will decide, however still it's our money I know how to spend wisely.
Terrible Experience – Booking Canceled Without Reason
I had a horrible experience with hotel. I booked my room three weeks in advance, and my credit card was charged at the time of booking. However, when I arrived from another country after a long journey, I was told no booking was found.
The hotel staff claimed the reservation was canceled because I supposedly requested dinner and a jacuzzi in the room, which never happened. This excuse was completely false and absurd, showing a total lack of professionalism and common sense. There was no communication from the hotel before my arrival, leaving me stranded in a foreign country without a place to stay.
This experience was unacceptable, and I strongly advise others to avoid this hotel if they expect reliable service and proper management.

When I have checked in hotel that time no body has briefed about the facility which is included in the package.
In a facility they have mentioned complimentary mineral water but when I have asked then they said we provide only one litre mineral water per guest. I asked him, why you have not mentioned same clearly in your contract, then they have not given any clear answer.
As per contract there is complementary visit for temple tour. They have given only option for Non-Ac vechiles. During the discussion they replied rudely.
1st day there is no arrangements of buffet dinner and they said I will arrange every things what you need. 1st day they fulfill all the requirements and after completion of food they took my feedback. I have given excellent in all category to the restaurant because they serve properly but very next day there is tremendous changes observed in his behaviour and all the times they have replied rudely and services also not provided what they have provided 1st time.
During the breakfast some of the food items was empty and when I have asked to the Restaurant manager to fill the same then they have replied, sorry sir this is over. Same things they replied for some another items, I told you are saying same things again & again, what you are doing here if you unable to serve properly, then he replied, I am here to fill the items in pot if avilable. For out of stock issue you have to talk with operation manager (Hari OM Singh), I called him on his number but non of the time he picked my call.
I asked to reception, whom to contact for raising this issue, they have given number of Hari Om Singh (Assistant Manager) but he has not picked call after calling many times.
I asked to the reception, kindly provide email ID to AGM or any other higher authority then they said very clearly that our management has given strict order to not share any contact details with any of the customers.

Room are not maintained and needs a upgrade badly. Bathroom fittings are not functional or else broken . Rooms are not clean and bedsheets are torn. Most of the lights are not functional. Switch sockets are hanging . Damped walls Dental kits are of low grade . No hair dryer, which is minimum when you pay so much . Breakfast buffet is minimum and not so good . Average. Bathroom are not cleaned properly. Room locks are not functional. Lift lobby lights are not working and at night it feels terrible. You will feel like a hunted place . Guards are very helpful at gate and very welcoming but the same cannot be said about the staffs at the reception. Very rude and unwelcoming attitude. Welcome drink was also not served. Receptionist are not explaining about the hotel facilities, I was not aware that the property had swimming pool and spa facility or else I would have utilised it. Reception staffs needs a replacement if this hotels wants customer to come . Hotel in located around 3km inside from the main road and location is not properly mentioned in Google. From main road to hotel it's a complete narrow road with no lights and completely village area. No balcony. Freeze is not working when asked at the reception they said it's like that only and it will not work . Furniture are so dirty. Feels like they are not deep cleaned since ages. Staffs are very unprofessional. Lock was not working, the person who came for repair directly opened the room with our concern or a ring at the bell when I had already switched to do not disturb. Parking space is huge but not covered one . Last but not the least they are not provide invoice copy of the bill.
Good thing it is a huge property and a beautiful one but needs upgradation with staff and maintenance.
