Pathetic and corrupt hotel staff. I booked one room via Oyo and done prepayment. At reception, they made entries and gave me room. But after 15 minutes, they told me vacate the room. They told me that rooms are not available. In front of me, they charged Rs 500 extra from one guy and gave him the room. They demanded me to pay extra money for the same room which I already booked and made payment online via Oyo. I called the Oyo customer service but the customer service guy told me that they can't help me and cancelled my booking. Horrible experience....... They all are corrupt including Oyo who charge first and then denied to provide the service even though rooms are available. Just bribe them as and they will give you room.

Besed upon my experience, found clean rooms, well organised space with all the necessary facilities provided...staff is very supportive too. The location is just awesome with elegant furnishings in such economical pricing....

I was absolutely satisfied with the clean and tidy room, they were also spacious enough. They also had variety of food in good quality. Very economical, loved it....
