OYO Flagship K K Residency — Hotel in Chandigarh

I recently had the misfortune of staying at kk residency , and I must say it was a thoroughly underwhelming experience. The hotel's website promised luxurious amenities and exceptional service, but the reality fell far short.

Issues:

Dirty Rooms: Upon checking in, I found my room to be poorly cleaned, with dust covering the furniture and stains on the carpet. Unfriendly Staff: The front desk staff seemed disinterested and unhelpful, taking ages to address even the simplest of requests. Noise Pollution: The hotel's thin walls allowed every conversation from neighboring rooms to be heard loud and clear, making sleep nearly impossible. Super Disaster Hotel||No basic facilities like.. hot water total unhygenic washroom.||Rooms were total mess.||Unhygenic blankets n bed..|As if we stayed in Khaandar...||We were 8ppl .. booked 3 rooms for one nite.. ( check in at 2.30 am and check out at 9.30am).||No need to say the staff were very rude. Owner , staff are not at all bother abt the guest.. I am really really upset abt the fake rating.. As it was matter of few hours..  we were looking for budget hotel.. but this was really mess coz of fake rating.. shud be done something abt the fake rating.. these kind of fake hotel fake ppl are total mess for our trip..||One more thing.. it may not sound imp ..but there was no cell in the TV remote.. the television set was also  Fake like these fake hotel. |||My Advice... Terrible Experience – Do Not Stay Here!

I had a truly disappointing stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, things went downhill. The check-in process was slow and unorganized. The room was not clean—there was dust on the furniture, stains on the carpet, and the bathroom had not been properly cleaned.

On top of that, the noise from the street was unbearable, making it impossible to get any rest. The staff was unhelpful when I raised my concerns, and it felt like they couldn’t care less about providing a pleasant stay.

This hotel did not meet even the most basic expectations, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Save your money and...
