Binaka Heritage — Hotel in Chhattisgarh

We stayed here for 2 nights during our trip to chitrakote falls. Had booked based on the online reviews and wasn't disappointed. The hotel seems and feels like a newly built property. The ambience is good and the decor is modern. The cleanliness and hygiene is maintained. The room sizes are sufficient and washrooms also maintained as per expectations. The linens were disappointing, seemed old and worn out. But they changed it on request without any fuss. They were the only let down. The restaurant at the top has very nice decor and excellent ambience. The menu is limited but the food was tasty. We loved the starters and main course both. They were in the process of setting up a rooftop bar and looked very cool. The staff is attentive and provide good service. The hotel lobby has an impressive decor. The check-in was smooth. The location is just by the side of chitrakote road and the property had good enough car parking space in the basement. The building comprises of rooms, banquet hall and a restaurant named 'infinity' on the roof top. The place is well maintained and is hygienic. From the entrance you can judge the service you are going to get. Ambience is very attractive. Place is located in the mid of city, so all the market place is near so you will not feel any difficulty. Plus point is it is on the road of Chitrakoot Waterfall. Banquet Hall is of good capacity. Rooms are also well maintained and the service is good . Staff are very polite in behaviour. The underground parking facility is there, so no worry about your vehicle. Had a very bitter experience, honestly rooms were good for the price, location was decent, but The rude staff: the guy at front office, who called himself manager was unprofessional and dont know how to talk to customer and specially dont know how to treat ladies. I travelled from outside, i had a friend there and they didn't allowed her to even step into the room for 2 minutes, she came to my room to hand me a charger and they start calling "sir, ma'am aapke room aayi hai kya? This is not allowed" it was such a bad experience, turned our mood off!

Not at all happy with the staffs and the policies, I would not go there again, quite obvious, thats for sure, i would not recommend anyone else, my friends, families,...
